Job went fine. Tim was always prompt and professional and knew the best subs for the particular job. He double-checked their work and communicated with them to be sure the job was done according to specifications and addressed all my concerns. Price was reasonable for the work involved.

In May, a storm blew over a 70 foot long tree into my kitchen roof. I was in a hurry to have it fixed. I called 3 contractors, two were and quot;premiere service providersand quot; for my insurance company and the other was Tim Miele. Tim met me within the hour of calling him to assess the damage and by the following day he had a estimate put together with the extra additions I added in. He replaced the gable roof but raised it so I could build a master bathroom over the kitchen. Tim stuck to the price he quoted even though the build-out ran slightly over his estimate. He was at the house everyday the sub contractors were on the job and he personally knew all the sub contractors' employees which was comforting. Even though he normally builds houses, he was willing to help me out after the storm which says a lot about his character and generosity, seeing how I was in a tight spot without a roof. I would use Tim again and I recommend him to others.

Job went really well and Miele recommended: Provided best price on materials and labor Worked around our schedule Was quick and efficient, cleaned up the area when finished Builders contractor came back on Monday to finish up an area they were contracted to do and commented that whoever did the job did a better job than they would have done. Builders quoted price for doing the same area was considerably more than the price we paid.

He built our custom home, and was very open to our suggestions, and accommodating. He was overall was very helpful.

We needed to add a 4th bedroom and bathroom to our home when we found out we were expecting baby #3. I contacted Tim Miele based on referrals from friends and his reputation as a builder in the Brentwood area. Our experience was amazing! Tim's management of the project included accurate estimates, excellent communication, great management of subcontractors, attention to detail keeping house and yard as clean as possible. Along with a great respectfulness of our individual needs and request. The quality of the work and Tim's vast insight and experience were outstanding. Best of all the project was completed on time and on budget!!! We will definitely use him again for remodeling or building our next home.
