Lawn Doctor - Murfreesboro

Have been a loyal Lawn Dr Murfreesboro client for around 15 years. Every single year they have over-seeded our yard. This year I slipped up and did not call up to schedule. When I realized I did not have an over-seeding scheduled I called and to get on the schedule. They told me I was too late and would let me know if and they got a cancellation.I called today again but no cancellations. The lady said they could not help me this year. So much for customer loyality. Since the Lawn Dr Murfreesboro business was sold a few years ago the quality has gone down service has lacked, to say the least! On occasions they over-sprayed chemicals on our flower beds and killed flowers and plants. With so many other lawn services in this area I would would not recommend Lawn Doctor Murfreesboro.

They do a great job of keeping my lawn and shrubbery in excellent condition, and their treatments are very effective at keeping bugs and pests away, too.

They are very personable and you can call and you always get somebody. They respond really quickly and I have gotten to know the technicians by their first names; they will take time to explain things to me. They have really taken excellent care of my lawn, trees and shrubs and I will use them again in the future.

He is very helpful to me as a female home owner. He walks through the yard and explains things to me and points things out. He keeps watch for weeds and any changes to my lawn. I pay one price for the whole year.

Dean is the one that does several yards in the neighborhood. He is very personable. He talks to you and helps with other stuff about plants and weeds. I am very pleased with Lawn Doctor.

We used Lawn Doctor this year for the first time. They have great follow-up with the owner checking back to make sure everything is OK with the lawn. Our lawn is much better looking since we used them. We would like to use them again.
