I have PhD degree on animal nutrition, and had more than 30 years academic working experience, which help me to be a critical and logical thinker of solve problems fundamentally. I am a Christian to be honest and responsible with fearing God. I had sound experience to finish entire basements, renovate floors, painting interior and exterior houses. I have good knowledge and repairing experience of flooring, plumbing, electronics, appliances, HVAC systems and pumps. As a realtor, I saw many properties with water damage issues. As a reward for you to read my introduction, my advise is that please be ware of any mold or wet spots, paint peeling, cracks of the interior or exterior of your property, which likely indicate you have water leaking or drainage issues. I highly recommend you take early action to stop leaking and direct drainage away from your property well, meanwhile repair those damages with peace.

A consummate professional! Somewhat of a perfectionist with the humility of a Saint. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I am recommending him to my family and dearest friends. Not only did I hire him but I was so impressed that I added to the scope of work because Dr. Joseph is exactly the type of professional that I want working on my property. His rate is truly wallet friendly. Wow! From the very beginning he told me that his schedule was booked solid. Good sign! He was able to fit me in and what I thought would be an inspection became the beginning of my project. 3hrs later he became my go to guy for handyman services PERIOD!!
