They did a good job!

Pretty good! Our first serviceman came and he did not have the right spray that would include ticks (which is the main pest we wanted to focus on) and he tried to upsell me something else that would include coming back later. I said I just wanted the basic package I had already paid for and he said he would have to come back when he had the new spring seasonal stuff on his truck, a week later. The company actually schedule a new person the very next day and he didn't try to upsell me at all, was very swift, thorough, and I ended up being very happy. Thanks!

Great job, professional technician

Kenny was professional and personable. He showed up early, asked if I had anything in particular to do, then set to work. He was patient and informative, answering questions and giving some good advice. He was also careful to ask if there was anywhere we did not want sprayed, which was greatly appreciated. Overall experience was excellent and very easy from signing up for the deal, arranging a time, paying and completion.

Didn't have an issue prior but want to be proactive. I've engaged Frontline in an on-going quarterly program.

It took over a week for the company to contact me about the purchase after I emailed them first to set up an appointment. After the appointment was secured, the technician was over 2 1/2 hours past the designated 2 hour window and acted like it was no big deal. I received 'zero' contact from the company. I emailed them after I canceled the service. Again, I received 'zero' contact. Angie's list refunded my purchase. I would not recommend Frontline Pest as they do not value customers or provide any customer service.

It was pretty good. Service was pretty good. Price was great but some of the outside spider webs didn't get cleaned off. They did a pretty good job in the garage. It was a great price.

I was under the impression they would have inspected the crawl space but didn't. We're still seeing some insects in the home but mostly in the attached garage.

Nothing happened. Totally unresponsive. Pretty BAD for a company looking for new clients.

Well, The company and the worker who came to the house were professional and did not try to 'oversell'. The worker was courteous, explained what he was doing and what would best serve our yard and house. I would hire them again.

First tech came out when it was raining profusely all day. I asked him why he even bothered if most of the work is on the outside. He agreed and rescheduled. That tech never came back. Second guy came unannounced but seemed to do a thorough job at the time. I still had ants and spiders and contacted the company via their customer service web form. No response. The $109 was the price quoted for the recurring service every 3 months. I was lured into buying a contract before the service was even completed. I took a chance as the price was seemingly ok as long as the service matched up. So far not great.

We still have seen bugs and spiders inside as well as several bugs outside our home. I don't feel like their service did anything.

He was quick and very professional

He was on time, very friendly and went right to work. He sprayed all around the house and inside. The reason I rated them a B was because they didn't put the boxes in the garage to catch insects and did not spread granuals in the yard. I had in ground bees and he spayed but I continue to see them coming in and out of the hole.

Although there was a mixup on time, the guy they sent was both courteous and professional. His work was extremely thorough.

I bought the special deal from Angie's List to have an exterminator come by. The appointment was scheduled quickly and the exterminator showed up as scheduled. I didn't have any major issues, just wanted the house sprayed for bugs. He sprayed the inside of my house and the outside, put down some granules around the house because he noticed I have a lot of spiders and also put glue traps down for pests in the basement. Great service, friendly professional, highly recommended.

We absolutely love Frontline. It's more than just the great people who come out to our house (Jay Lee is phenomenally kind and interacts with my 8 year old son and animals while he works in a friendly manner), it's the call center, too. If we have any issues between visits (every other month), they schedule an appointment and come out free of charge. They always come on time, they are thorough, they are price conscious for this recession and they really seem to care about their customers. We have used them for almost 2 years and even though we're no longer under contract, we have no thoughts of canceling or changing pest control companies.

They would come around door to door and we needed a pest control. They were always on-time and very polite. They called us before they came. We never have an issue with them. I would use them again in the future.
