Floorz

There were problems with the removal of some of the flooring. The previous owners used so many nails it was difficult to pry up some of the old laminate flooring. The project took longer than anticipated. When the project was completed the floors were beautiful.

Their price is right and they have quality products and they do a good job.

They answered my call on either May 27th or 28th, 2013 and promised that they would call around 3:00 PM or 3:30 PM before they would come to our home at 4:30 PM on Thursday, June 6, 2013 and give us a free in home estimate to carpet 3 bed rooms and our living room and to tile the 3 floors in our Kitchen and 2 bathrooms. They never came out and they never called. It has been more than two days since they said they would call and come out and still no call and no show. I have not called them and will not. They could have at least called us. They will not get any business from us :-( They are not only not professional, but they wasted our time, the time we waited for them to show up and did not. This is very disrespectful for them to not even call. I would give them a minus ten star rating if it were possible. My recommendation is for you NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY.

Exceptionally well. Moved furniture - removed old carpet and laid new hardwood. It turned out beautifully. They arrived promptly and cleaned up after themselves. Floors look beautiful.

Floorz was recommended by a good friend because of the positive experience she had. I called Jason Burrage the same representative she used and he came out and measured for carpet and hardwoods. I then visited the Floorz store to pick out my selection in carpet and hardwoods. Jason gave me an estimate and was very helpful. He gave me prices on different selections to compare and was helpful with all my questions. I waited a couple of months because of personal reasons and then went back to order. Jason was very helpful again and floors were ordered and installation set up. I was very happy with quality of product and work. Jason went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. Very happy with my hardwood floors and new carpet. I will definitely use Jason and Floorz for any needs in the further.

Floorz has the best prices, customer service, and selection. Matt Gaudioso is very fair and honest, and always does his best to get customers the best prices and installation. They've got a great selection of all price ranges of carpets and flooring types, and the sales people are honest about recommendations for your particular situation. They've got a good selection of area rugs and custom rug options, too. The few times we've tried to buy flooring from other shops, we've ended up regretting it and coming back to Floorz to get the job done right. We've even ripped brand new flooring out and discarded it, it was installed so poorly by another company, then had Matt replace it correctly. We've learned our lesson about shopping elsewhere!

Matt Gaudioso from Floorz was recommended to us when we made the decision to put new vinyl flooring in our house. We wanted to update our kitchen, laundry room, and both bathrooms. Matt came out with samples and recommendations for us to consider. He was cordial and professional all the way -- even made friends with our dog, Rusty. Once my wife and I made the decision to make it happen, Matt got the ball rolling and arranged for installation. The 3 member team of installers were polite professional and caring. They did an excellent job and we are very happy with the finished project. All in all, professionalism, promptness and communication was top notch.

Had Stacy the carpet installer we had before (with GOOD results) install a piece of carpet we had left over from other jobs. He's the best. He shows up on time, removes all the litter he leaves and has great manners. Matt (one of the owners) should be very happy he has a worker like Stacey to help him. His professional attitude and work result (it was perfect looking!) are the reason we'd go back again

The installer was extremely professional, and the price we got from Floorz was the best by far over our other bids.

We were completely dissatisfied. They ended up refunding us our money. You could see the seem in the carpet and it was completely unfinished along the wall. It was poorly installed.

great carpet and nice installation. first guy came out promptly to measure but had to get second guy involved to get my pricing as first guy was distracted with the basketball games on TV and going on vacation. overall though- had a nice experience and will go there again.

They were a subcontractor to a general contractor. We would not recommend them. Their installers were not very careful and did not do a very good job. They had to have a different crew come back and redo the work. They were slow to get it scheduled. It actually took three tries to get it fixed correctly. To their credit they were willing to come back until they got it right and they did finally get it done correctly. It was a very long drawn out process.

I went to the store and that experience was very favorable. An appointment was made to come to my home to measure and to provide an estimate. I never heard from them again as the rep never showed up or called to reschedule. When I called to ask if there had been a mistake or if the representative was just running late, I was advised to call the rep's mobile phone. The rep did not answer his mobile and the voice mailbox was full so I was unable to leave a message. I ended up working with a competitor so that within 10 days of the no-show by FLOORZ, I had new hardwood flooring in a bedroom and spent about $1500. The competitor made everything easy.

Greg the sales rep was quick to come to the house and measure the rooms. My wife and I then went into the store to pick the carpets for the three rooms. We asked for small samples to look at the color in the rooms but the samples took over a week to arrive. We finally picked the carpets we wanted to have install. When Greg was asked for a quote with our selection, he had lost the measurements for the rooms and had to come out again and re-measure. He finally worked up a price that was over $4,000 for the three rooms. When I told him that I felt the quotes to terribly high, he then reduced the price by around 40%. We went our and shop other prices and wound up eventfully purchasing the carpet from Home Depot and saving an additional $500. Floorz never followed up their quote to ask why we did not proceed with the job.

The installers arrived on time and installed the pad and carpet as described above. The only problem was that when they took down a bi-fold closet door to install carpet inside, they didn't put it up properly. The door was open after the installation when I inspected; I never tried to close it. I had to reinstall the door after they left. The installer's shop vac was broken and they had to borrow our vacuum cleaner.

They were kind, courteous, professional, and all around great guys.

Everything went fine. They cleaned up after themselves, all the little carpet fuzz.

The story is that we did not use this company because, despite a very definite appointment to come by and make an estimate, no one came.

This company was excellent especially when it came to choosing everything. They helped us out a great deal. They were here on time as they said they would be. They did a very good, professional job and I am rather pleased. I have no complaints with them and I would recommend them to anyone.

We found this company on Angie's List and they wee top of the list, which, after using them I would agree with. They were polite and very experienced in their work. There was not during the installation, or any time since any surprises or problems. I do not recall the total cost but it was very fair, as they basically did the floors in our entire house. I would hire them again anytime and recommend them to others.

The measurement and estimate were done almost immediately and Mathew was super helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He was one of the main reasons we chose Floorz, since we felt that he would do whatever it took for us to be pleased with our carpet. The installer, Stacy, and his assistant, were absolutely professional, fast, and efficient. They were on time, cleaned up after finishing, and were just great people. Overall, we are thrilled with our carpet, the install, and the experience we had at Floorz.

Referred to by a friend, it could not have gone better. Went by the store, Matt explained the different carpets and paddings, found what we liked and gave him the measurements I had taken. He came up with the invoice quickly and painlessly. Scheduled an appointment for him to measure in the room, he called before to reconfirm, showed up like clockwork, measured and accommodated the need for a rush installation as I had everything out of the room, painted it one day and they were able to install the next. Matt reconfirmed the installation, the installer showed up like clockwork, and did a great job. Removed old carpet and installed new, did not ding up the newly painted walls either. PERFECT!

I was pleased with the excellent selection Floorz had to choose from, and the knowledgeable sales representatives. I had to wait longer for an install, but the manager called to inform me they'd be there as soon as possible. Also they cleaned up their mess when they are done.

Floorz did a fine job. They were very friendly, and nice to work with. They have top quality material, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs new flooring.
