Description of Work: Laid carpet in three bedrooms and a hallway. They did a great job, left rooms clean, put extra carpet in garage, were very courteous

Description of Work: Provided quality tile for our bathrooms. We hired a contractor to do the work. Our contractor always uses Floorz. Matt was always very helpful.

Description of Work: We had both types of floors done. The first was to have our wood floors refinished. They came out (FLG)and stripped the stain and finish off our floors in the dining, living, hall and family room. and The stairs. The stairs were damaged because the stripper filed a deep line into the front of the stair which was never repaired, just painted over. So we have a deep crevice in each stair, it's unfortunately quite obvious. The stain was great, but the poly they used was not shiny and I had asked for semi-gloss. There was a miscommunication between Matt (the owner) and the guy (Flavio) doing the actual work. So Flavio was pretty angry that he had to re buff the floors and put more poly on it. Unfortunately they rushed through the job and never really got all the dust up, they just glazed right over it, so there are thousands of little dust bumps on our floors. We will eventually have to have them redone when we can afford it. Matt was apologetic, but no way was I having Flavio back in my house with that attitude. The carpet that was ordered was nice. An average price. I think we got a nice upgraded pad. The first guys who came out to install the carpet were terrific. The second time we had carpet installed, I felt like the guy was high on drugs and he ended up folding up our carpet and scuffing up our walls. I offered to help him carry it, but he said, no problem, he had it. Yeah, at my wall's expense... =( So we have them doing one more installation. If Matt wasn't such a nice guy we would blow them off, but we're giving them one more chance.

Description of Work: Floorz pulled up our old carpet and disposed of it. Then they installed new laminate and ceramic flooring.

Description of Work: Floorz installed my carpet and padding. They also installed a wood floor and removed the existing carpet.

Description of Work: I had new carpet put in my home. As a new customer, they gave me a plant and a free room cleaning too. Overall, this was a very nice experience. I felt they gave great customer service.
