They responded by email the same day I first contacted them and were very clear about costs (NO hidden charges). They picked up the items within a week. The delivery men were very professional and protective of the pieces while moving/loading. The shop called me after inspecting the chairs to let me know they would need to place a seam in the fabric so that the pattern would match without wasting too much fabric but that they would hide it where it wouldn't show and was that OK before proceeding. I could barely feel the seam let alone see it and it is totally hidden as promised. The chairs were finished in less than a week! and the work was absolutely beautiful! I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I originally went in November, but they let me know that they were backed up with holiday work and would not be able to complete the work quickly. I had no problem with this. They followed up with me later, and I finally had my couch recovered later in the summer. The original couch covering had zippers connecting the back cushions to the couch. I told them I did not need them to do this; I did not think it was necessary or worth an additional cost. They did it anyway at no extra charge. They came and picked up the couch. The work was timely, beautifully done, and they returned my additional fabric. I would use them again.

Reupholstered a large sectional and a sleeper sofa.

They came out and did a free estimate, and when I accepted that they took my love seat away to work on it. They were very accomodating, and the quality of the work was really good.

Cool Springs Upholstery Franklin did quality work, delivered promptly, finished the job promptly and delivered to our home. They did quality work, the were friendly, it was a fair price.

They were wonderful. They repaired two couches at my home and took the antique chair into the shop.

It's a family business and they were very professional did a great job. The price seemed to be a good price for the amount of chairs they worked on. They were prompt and easy to talk to. They also come out and pick up the items and then deliver them when finished.
