 + -1 moreThe work was good. They kept the pool clean, performed repairs and maintenance. We had some issues with billing. They weren't able to appropriately post payments, and it was difficult to get them to double check their books. I had to submit documentation to show them I had paid a bill twice. In addition, they threatened to send me to collections while we were working out the discrepancy.
Description of Work: They repaired and cleaned pool for several summers.

Description of Work: Repair to pool and hot tub cooping. They damaged additional cooping during the repair process. when my wife discussed what they were doing they were rude to her. They had the nerve to bill me for the work plus for the damaged cooping. I paid for the original work but will not pay for the damage they did.

 + -1 moreKlear Water has always given me great service in meeting my needs. The staff is very customer oriented and well trained in water quality. I will continue to use them as I have never had any problems.
