We got a very timely and complete quote from Certi Pro. Everything that would happen was explained up front. Very professional. I had color chips for the original paint so it was easy to match. They prepped and painted the whole house in 2 days. I did need to touch up quite a few spots, since it was mostly dark when they finished and we couldn't see everything well in the final inspection, but that was no big deal. In hindsight, I kind of wish I'd have done a 2nd coat, as it may be a little thin, but that was my choice at the time. Since I didn't change colors, thought 1 would be enough, 2 would have been better. They did the whole job with brush and roller. Workers were friendly, neat and cleaned up well. Would use them again.

Lots of issues with quality of painting and drywall

CertaPro takes pride in providing good customer service. It is something they base their business on, but I got to experience it first-hand. I had the entire exterior of my house painted by CertaPro. There were a few hiccups after the fact, due to some miscommuncation, which resulted in my entire house needing to be painted a second time. Not only did CertaPro cover the cost, but the owners of CertaPro were very diligent in communicating with me to ensure that I was very happy with the end-result. Everything turned out great. They did great work with the paint-job itself, but the customer service is what really makes them standout. Their pricing is also very competitive which is a bonus. I would definitely recommend them to others for any painting needs.

They came to look at the job and were suppose to email an estimate and they never did. I called a couple times and never got a response.

The Certa Pro team was very responsive and professional. We had family coming in from out of town and were working with a quick time frame. Not only were they able to do just that but they made my kitchen walls and the windows they painted look brand new. We usually paint rooms in our home but we have a large kitchen and large windows and felt like it would be best to have a professional do the job. It was a lot of work and we are so happy we had professionals to do the job. The price was not inexpensive but for the amount of work done, it seemed fair. We will definitely work with them again for the bigger jobs around our home.

Mike at Certa Pro Brentwood responded to our 1st inquiry quickly, visited our home and provided an estimate within a week. The painter arrived at our hose on a Monday morning and finished the job flawlessly by noon the following day. The color was an exact match to our request, the work quality was excellent and the painter was a really nice guy! This is the 3rd job that we've used Certa Pro Brentwood (used Certa Pro in Dallas on 2 previous homes) with all 3 jobs turning out perfect.

The Certa Pro guy who came out to quote my porch painting talked over me and made me feel insignificant about my painting job. I feel like my painting job was too small for their big professional company. His attitude made me think they are used to much bigger jobs that will bring them a lot more money and don't want to bother with smaller jobs like mine. He is the representative of Certa Pro, the trickle down must mean the company feels the same. For a while now I have saved up for my porch floor painting job. I have picked out the color, an easy gray. It is simply the first thing you see coming up my sidewalk. I live in Franklin.

I just was not impressed with the consultation. I already had 5 gallons of Behr paint on hand that I wanted to use. I was told that they prefer to use another brand instead, which wouId just cost me even more money for supplies. Because I have a smaller home, and don't live in an "upscale" location such as Brentwood or Franklin, I honestly was given the impression that it really just was not worth their time to do the job. My home is 1,270 square feet and comfortable for me. "Imperfections" were constantly being pointed out, but not in a way of "We will need to do such and such to fix this". Instead, it was "This was done wrong. Whoever did this did a lousy job", etc. While I will admit there are/were some imperfections that needed to be addressed, this is still MY HOME. It means something to me even if it isn't 4,000 square feet or is valued at over $400,000. The manner in which they addressed what needed to be fixed was basically putting me and my home down. Apparently they prefer to do jobs for people of a much higher income class. Unfortunately for them, haivng customers with a lot of money doesn't mean you have "class". I will NEVER call on them again.

He did what he said he would do. He showed up right on time. He came through and was real quick and then called me back with an estimate. I felt like it was a little high. I might use them in the future.

Very responsive and thorough estimate. The team arrived when they said they would and completed the painting in a timely fashion. They were very neat and cleaned everything well each day. The only problem we had was that one window sill and frame was forgotten. It took several weeks for Certa Pro-Painters to come back and finish this little error. Overall, we were pleased.

Great job, arrived on time and finished earlier than expected. Provided 3-4 painters. Removed electrical switch covers, parched hole, sanded rough spots on the walls. I provided the paint.

The initial result looked fine, but we then began to notice that many shortcuts had been taken; light switch covers crooked and replaced while paint was still wet, cabinet doors put on slightly crooked, etc. Then a few months after the job, paint started to wear off, especially on some interior doors. Certa Pro promised follow-up, but they essentially never did. They did not return calls as promised, and just kept putting us off. Eventually we called their national office, and the local franchisee called us. But then we got back into the same cycle of them putting us off. We finally just gave up. We would not use them again...ever!!

They were fine. They were quick, and on time for the appointment.

The only problem I had with them was a problem with the paint color and I did not like the paint color we ended up with, and that was just a communication problem; I think it was a bit of a language thing with the paint color but it was already purchased and I couldn’t change that. It was not really resolved to my satisfaction but I like the paint color now. The workmanship was excellent. The workers were excellent; they were very friendly and very courteous. They knew what they were doing. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

They seemed to be very professional. They went through in detail as to what needed carpentry work and what needed painting. They gave us an estimate but we decided not to go with them. We had called them back later after the estimate lapsed and he said he would honor it if we wanted it but when we did a comparison with others we decided to go with another. We broke up the work and gave the carpentry work to the carpenters and painting work to painters. The estimate was done previously but we did get back to him a couple of weeks ago. He was very thorough and his prices seemed very reasonable except for the carpentry work. The carpenters we hired, we were pleased with and we were happy separating the work from his crew who did carpentry work. We were more comfortable with them if we decided to do the painting. We separated the two out. Certapro came right out and gave me a detailed description of what they would do. I didn't have any complaints with them at all. He was really great and thorough. He was detailed and I was very pleased with him. The price for the painting was okay but the price for the carpentry work was a little higher than I thought. When I called the carpenters out their work was better than his. He was thorough and he was recommended. He also told us that when he started something and if on the way there was anything extra then he would have to charge us for it and I thought he was very open about it. In case they were future problems he was open about it and they were future problems. I liked him, he was friendly, nice, good, and thorough and he called back when he received the quote and he was not upset when we didn't take it.

CertaPro scheduled an in-home estimate very quickly. They showed up on time, or maybe even a few minutes early. They called ahead so I new when to expect them. Mike gave a very thorough inspection of the work to be done and then provided a detailed quote while on-site. He also gave me a detailed description of what to expect if I hired them. Once I hired them, they put me on the schedule and gave me an estimate of when the work would be completed. The project manager called to setup the actual work a couple of days in advance. It was in the general time frame they had estimated originally. Jose and Alex showed up and went right to work. They were very professional and polite. Everything was left neat and orderly every night. They performed exterior wood repair and painting. They also painted an interior room and ceiling and repaired some tape joints. The work was not finished on a Friday - so they showed up and spent almost all day on a Saturday completing the work. These guys worked extremely hard! We love the work they did and would not hesitate to use CertaPro again. They weren't the cheapest option but they did a wonderful job. Many times, you get what you pay for. I feel the investment I made in CertaPro was definitely worth it.

The quote was $400 lower than all others we got. It was our first experience using Certapro, and we were very happy. They used the products we wanted (Sherwin Williams paint). The job was finished in 2 days as promised. The painter was very pleasant and professional. The only downside with Certapro is to get started you call a main corporate number and then wait for the local office to call you back, but we will definitely use them again!

Certa Pro Painters did an excellent job. They were very neat and picked up after themselves. The house looks very nice. I would definitely refer them to a friend.

Certa Pro Painters was great. They came early every morning and worked steady. The color is an off white and looks wonderful. These guys cleaned up all their tools and left our yard neat after they were finished.

Certa Pro Painters did not use their best effort. They were very messy, too. I even had to have them come back to fix things. I am not very happy with their work.

Certa Pro Painters was very impressive. They came out twice to fix any problem and defects in the painting. I would hire them to do other painting as well.
