 + -1 moreThey are going to be A's straight down, and the last question where you asked about why we'd consider them is because they are the premier home builders and we're looking for a little bit more value. Probably the most detailed quote process I've been involved in by far. The owner gets involved heavily, they really review everything with the potential home buyers, they have an amazing attention to detail and they take the time to really walk through a lot of different things that maybe some other builders glance over.
Description of Work: They gave us a quote about two months ago.

 + -1 moreWe had a fire, so they are rebuilding the house. They are the same company that built the house. They agreed to a price. They stick to the price until they finish the work. It's a fixed-price deal. They do excellent work. They do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. They have done a good job with construction. I've been really pleased with everything they've been doing. So far, they have done a great job.
