They did a good job. I would use them again.

It went very well. I'll use Keith for all of my computer service needs.

Brentwood PC is no longer in the Mallory Road office, because Keith now works on call and from his home. He was able to meet me the morning that I called at a designated location in Brentwood where I could drop off the computer. We also met in the same place later in the day, where I picked up the computer. I dropped it off in the morning, and it was ready by the afternoon. Earlier in the year Brentwood PC also helped me with a new computer by installing the software, doing the set-up, and installing free virus protection software. Keith is also very friendly and knowledgeable, and he gave me some additional advice about future purchases that will end up saving me a lot of money. This is an excellent, high-quality, affordable service that beats the service agreements at the chain stores by a long shot. I give Brentwood PC and Keith Hinton my highest recommendation.

This was a very pleasant professional relationship. There was cvert indicastion that Mr Hinson wanted to do a good job at a fair price. All prices were detailed and upfront.

He was able to explain to me what was slowing my computer down and what programs should be uninstalled to make it run better. He updated everything. He walked me through all changes and updates and created a and quot;cheatsheetand quot; for me on updating programs.

I would give them all A's. I am going to have them build me a new computer.

Every problem was fixed and I haven't had trouble since. I highly recommend Brentwood PC and will continue to use them for all my future computer issues.

They where very straight foreword and immediately said I needed a new hard drive. No hims or haws, estimate of 200.00 and he said that I could get a new laptop of much better quality and advanced design for 400.00 - 500.00 and I should consider that option. I was very impressed that he was willing to let me walk and wanted me to do what was best for me. The 200.00 would include him making an exact picture of everything on my old hard disc and transferring it to the new one, plus cleaning out unneeded security programs and installing a new one he believed in for no extra cost. He also installed for 20.00 an additional memory chip to double my RAM. He said the chip was used, but clean and empty, so we did that too. Getting a new laptop although fun, is a lot of extra work transferring data, email addresses, blah, blah, blah. They also installed a program that allows them to operate my computer from their shop if problems come up, so I don't need to go down there. Guess what? The thing was ready the next day! I've waited a month before putting this report in because I wanted to be certain about the repair. It's solid. It's really great to have done business with these guys and I very highly recommend them.

For a "non-techy" this was a great experience. Sebastin was knowledgeable and professional. He kept me apprised of his diagnosis, solutions and costs. Great job!

Chris was the technician who came to my house. He did a good job overall. He was on time, courteous and very informative. He discussed various pros and cons with the options I had chosen and found the problem of why my printer and fax lines weren't talking to the wireless on my laptop and made sure everything was set up properly before he left. He came prepared with extra equipment just in case it was needed.

They are very good at what they do. I have a good relationship with them. They respond immediately and come to your home. I can't grade price because I have never compared.
