BRENTWOOD COMFORT CONTROL

I ended up doing my own wiring of my thermostat after they purposely left the job undone leaving the heat wiring disconnected, so they would have to come back to fix it in the winter. They installed a new air filter backwards which could have caused a major problem. The told me a needed to run a completely new wiring system for my thermostat which was totally not true and luckily I didn’t agree to that. I will definitely not recommend or use them, again.

They come out, do their job and are dependable and honest. The price is more than fair. Had absolutely no problem with the equipment since they've been servicing it. They were able to service my unit that other companies said needed a full replacement.

We have used them several times and they do a great job. We have recommended them to our children and they used them. They have done a great job. I think their price is very reasonable as far as that goes. We have used another company in the past and they were a little pricey. I even have family members that work for that other company and we still go with Brentwood Comfort Control. The other company is great. I know them, but they are a little on the pricier side, but they are great too. Their quality was good. Their responsiveness was very good and their punctuality was good. It was good all the way around. I did not know the exact price, but I think Brentwood Comfort Control was very reasonable.

We have a long-term relationship with Brentwood Comfort Control, and they always make sure all of our HVAC units are functioning properly. One of our AC units failed (due to old age) and Brentwood Comfort Control was on site the same morning that we called them to assess the situation. They had the replacement unit in stock and arrived as scheduled to install the new unit. Their technicians were efficient and professional.

Phone calls promptly answered and appt scheduled that day. 30 minute alert before appt. Employee showed up promptly and removed shoes at door. Courteous and answered all questions. Third visit was handled by another service tech...who was in immediate contact with the first tech who had done the previous part replacement. Very professional, friendly, clear spoken and knowledgeable in a layman type of language which was easily understood. I will always use this HVAC company in the future, and I recommend them to all my neighbors.

They were great. They were fair, knowledgeable, accurate and best of all they didn't try to talk me into buying a new A/C, Wonderful business.
