There's a reason this company has been in business for so many years. The service and quality was impeccable. They were courteous, professional, and on time. They did a great job and I would definitely hire them again.

Rugs came back very clean, it's a bit expensive but they do a great job.

They used a special process and they used a differential material and did not ask me if this process was okay. They never called me to authorize this cost and process.

Everything was great with the cleaning. I like the company. However, they do have a minimum cost, no matter the size of the rug.

Problem happened on a Saturday and I called to make appointment and they came out Wednesday. We did clean the spots and dark spots still remained. Also had a spot in another room from dog again getting ahold of kids food pizza I think and left a 1foot dark spot. They were a little late in coming out on Wednesday but they had called to let me know. Wall to wall area pooh and vomit staines completely gone also the food spot and that was at least 6 months old completely gone. Won't get area rugs back for another week but am extremely pleased with the results on wall to wall carpet.

I had a great experience with Blazer Brothers and will use them again.

They were good. They do a great job but I have to bring the rug to them and pick them up. Their work is ok, but no better than my dry cleaner who sends them off to someone and charges a lot less. I thought they were just as clean. They are pretty well known in the community and have been around a long time. They do a great job but their prices are high and their customer service is ok. I will probably use them again.

The quality of the work was excellent. They carefully moved my furniture to pick up the rug and did so again when they put the furniture back when they came to deliver the rug. I found the service to be outstanding and all of the individuals I spoke with were very professional. Highly recomended and would use them again.

I was not impressed at first, because when I came to the Blazer Bros store I asked them if they could get the stains out of my wool rug and they said they did not know if they could remove them all. But they did get them out and did an overall good job.
