He was prompt, very friendly and efficient. He gave me positive feedback on what I need to do in the future for my garage door. He gave me materials to look over for eventually replacing the door. I was very pleased.

Service was excellent. He went above and beyond and I would highly recommend his work. I was very pleased with him not only replacing the wheels, but he did an excellent job aligning and lubricating. The garage door runs much smoother and is much more quiet.

The garage door is now very quiet when opening and closing. Also John helped to find a remote for the garage when we requested one.

Mr. Blair arrived on time, and did a really thorough job. He pointed out a couple of ways for me to maintain my garage door between professional visits, and he was a pleasure to talk with.

Garage door was 'tuned up'. Rollers were replaced by teflon covered rollers. Much quieter. Safety cables installed to prevent injury in event of a spring breakage. Very prompt and professional service.

It was fine. He did the work and left. I feel it was a fair value for the $99 but I don't think it was an exceptional value. He was late getting here and he didn't call me to let me know he was going to be late. He said he didn't have my number with him. When he did come, he was very nice and professional but I didn't appreciate having to wait around for him because he didn't have my number with him.

It was nice because I got the deal through a branch deal and the shipping code that I used from that was free.

It was well done. We have had no further issues with the door.

John Blair did more than I expected. He fixed the issue with opening the door, replaced bearings, the receiver eye, oiled it, and didn't charge a nickel more than the 99.00 I had already paid. He also gave me advise on how to take care of it. I'm so happy that it is working again.

John Blair is a nice guy, very knowledgable. I am asking him to QUOTE for new garage doors to see if I might could hire him to do that. But, he was on time, very kind and knows his business. This was my first Angie's List experience and I am very pleased from A to Z!

My garage door wouldn't operate. I called John Blair on a Saturday afternoon. I told John the problem, and he said the electric eyes might not be reading each other. In less than a minute, I realigned the electric eye sensors by hand and with no tools, and, bingo, now the door works fine. John's free advice solved the problem. JOHN BLAIR DESERVES A GREAT RATING!

John came out within about an hour of me calling him and replaced both torsion springs on my garage door in about 45 mins. He also went ahead and replaced a pulley that was a bit worn and lubricated all the joints on both doors at no extra charge. He was extremely professional and did an excellent job at a really fair price. I would totally hire him again!

Appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism. Definitely would call him if ever have problems and if wanting to put in a belt drive, new door or new opener.
