Call John on Friday and came for a inspection on Saturday. Even thought he was going on vacation he made arrangement to do the job after Christmas The project was done well and the garage door work like a new door. Outstanding job and will use John for future work

John answered the phone when I called to inquire about servicing the garage door which wouldn't close properly. I told him I found his business on Angie's List and that I called because he had excellent reviews. We arranged an appointment for the next morning - he arrived on time. John is very courteous and friendly. He obviously enjoys doing a good and thorough job thereby providing excellent customer satisfaction. After examination and explanation, we decided the best thing was to replace the entire opener system (the old one was 18 years old) so we arranged an appointment for the next morning. John arrived a little earlier than scheduled and got right to work. He said it would take about two hours for installation, which it did. While preparing the bill, he said a 5% discount was included for being an Angie's List customer. We absolutely will call John again for any garage door work.

John Blair got back to me quickly after I first inquired about his services which was great. He was able to get me scheduled during a time that was convenient for me and arrived at the time he said he would. In a short amount of time he was able to fix the garage door spring, make recommendations for additional parts that were worn as well, and do all the repairs within an hour. I appreciated the knowledge he had and recommendations he had to keep my garage door working well. I would highly recommend John Blair.

We are thrilled with the high quality doors and they look beautiful. The openers are quiet and operate very smoothly. John anticipated that it might be a challenge getting his trailer up our very steep drive with the heavy garage doors. He altered his trailer with some industrial wheels that rolled up the driveway instead of scrapping it up with the bottom of his trailer. We would absolutely recommend John to everyone! His service is outstanding and it is a pleasure doing business with him.

Superb service. Our garage springs broke last night. I called him this morning at 9:30 and my garage tension spring was repaired and two new openers installed by 5 pm tonight. I have dealt with numerous repair people and today's experience stands out as one of the best. He cleaned up well, took time to explain our options, was not pushy or salesy, knew what he was doing, volunteered to program all three cars and installed everything in a day. We love the new silent garage door openers.

Broken end cap at the end of the tension rod so the door was stuck shut. Also replaced the drums on both sides as well as the springs and rod. Contacted John Blair and he was at my house the next morning and fixed my door. John was right on time courteous and professional.

Mr. Blair ran about 10 minutes late for the appointment, but once he got here he didn't waste any time. He advised us of the best and most cost effective repairs. He was a very nice man and worked efficiently.

I discovered that one of the tension springs on my garage door broke, trapping my wife's car inside. I called Blair that afternoon and John Blair answered the telephone immediately. He knew from my description what the problem was and gave me a quote for the repair, which was the lowest of the three or four companies I called. He came out the very next morning (Saturday) at the time he said he would and got to work. Within 30 minutes, the garage door was fixed for the price quoted. He checked some of the other components and didn't try to get me to spend more money on stuff I didn't need. I've already recommended John to my neighbor who needs two new opener systems. I will definitely use John any time I need garage door repair service.

John Blair is a true professional. Before he installed my new garage door opener he noticed that the springs on the door were severely undersized. He returned to his warehouse and brought out new torsion springs and installed them, then installed the opener. Even with the travel time back and forth to his warehouse, he still finished the job in what I consider to be record time.

Our garage door would not function properly and it happened two days before we left on vacation. He took our emergency into account and came early the next morning. He repaired the door cable and replaced the steel rollers with polyurethane rollers which made it a lot quieter. Highly recommended. will definitely call again if repairs are needed again. Very professional, courteous, punctual and efficient.

He happened to be in the area for another job and had a few minutes to spare. He swung by within 15 minutes, got everything fixed and I paid a very reasonable price. Would not hesitate to contact him again.

Mr John Blair arrived ready to perform a garage door tune-up on a condo that I had recently sold. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. His addition to servicing the garage door, he also repaired a deficiency that had been identified on a home inspection conducted a few days prior on a condo I had just sold. Mr Blair not only met, but exceeded my expectations.

It went fine. I thought I had a roller missing and he let me know that was not the case. He was very thorough and he was able to do the job when I needed. He was easy to communicate with as well.

We awoke to a broken spring this morning which was effectively trapping my husband's car in the garage and rendering the door useless. The door is <2 years old and we called the original installer (new home) and did not receive an answer right away. We looked up and read Blair's reviews on Angie's List and gave him a call. He answered right away and was out on a job but was at our house within 1-1.5 hours. He replaced the spring right away (now installing 2 springs for redundancy and safety - again, like another reviewer commented, without us even asking). He also gave us a few pointers on maintaining the door. Absolutely amazing service - and very fair pricing - especially for a Saturday last minute service! Really nice gentleman, too.

Went well, he was on time and did a good job.

Door had only one (1) torsion spring on it which busted. We were lucky the door was closed when it busted otherwise we could have busted up the bottom panel when it would of come crashing down. I thought it should have two torsion springs and he put two on without me even mentioning it. He said it would minimize damage if one of the two busted in the future. He was very prompt, fit me into his schedule immediately and was there when he said he would be. Great personality and very professional.

Mr. Blair showed up on time. Was very thorough with his garage door tune up. Explained some things that needed to be adjusted and replaced some items -- all as part of the Big Deal package. We had not had our garage door tuned up before -- it was a great experience -- I would definitely use Mr. Blair again and would highly recommend his services -- fair and professional!

It went very well. I was really impressed with the guy that came out and I had a good time visiting with him and he did a good job. He did what he said he was going to do and seemed very competent.

The technicians showed up on time and performed the work as agreed. The door operates much quieter now.

They tuned up my garage door and changed out the noisy metal rollers with rubber wheels...much quieter! I will consider calling them for all future garage door issues...great experience.

I purchased an additional universal remote from him to use inside my home. Mr. Blair was knowledgable and professional it was a pleasure to have him work on my garage door, he explained the proper maintenance that should be performed to get the best out of our door. When our opener goes out I will call him to replace it.

Everything turned out well. John was easy to work with, charged a reasonable price, and did a quality job in all respects. The door is doing just fine.
