Description of Work: Mr. Blair showed up on time (called ahead) looked at my garage door, told me the problem and told me he could 4 new rollers on for $10 each in addition to the oiling a adjustments and new safety wires. I agreed to the terms; he performed the service and gave me a can of special oil (empty) so I would know what kind to buy in the future. He told me how often to lube the door and sprayed the other door for free. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: Garage door opener had lost a bolt thus alignment that caused a broken chain drive. Car was trapped in garage. Called John Blair at 5 PM and he made an appointment to come after 10 AM the next day.. He arrived at 10:15 AM. He worked quickly and professional. He made the repairs, serviced the equipment and was gone in 45 min.
