Description of Work: Bill accepted the listing of my elderly mother's home, did the marketing and advertising of the property, and sold it very quickly to one of the first two or three couples to see it. He is very thorough and gave us professional advice throughout the process.

As a result of his advice, the home we sold with him was sold on its very first day on the market for the price we wanted. Bills number one asset is his honesty and trustworthiness. He is also very knowledgeable about real estate. He is a broker with 29 years experience in residential real estate and has been awarded several professional designations. Also impressive is the fact that he has written a portion of the curriculum of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. When it comes to real estate, Bill Schlueter is the only person we would ever work with.
Description of Work: Bill Schlueter provided my family with professional real estate services on four different occasions. Services included preparing comparable property reports, staging advice, marketing, negotiating, recommending trustworthy inspectors and coordinating closing details with the title and mortgage companies.
