Description of Work: Well the owner came out after he had another company conduct 2 air tests. His estimate for mold and radon remediation was very expensive. It didn't appear from the proposal that you could do one without the other.

I found Mr. Taylor's information in EPA website for radon remediation system. He is one of few certified expert in the middle TN. He and his crew did great job on the vapor barrier. Even though the radon level is still under testing process, I believe he did correct job on it. I will come back to report the level of before-and-after when winter is coming.( For educational purpose, the radon level in winter time is higher than summer time according to my google-research.
