Description of Work: He kept wanting cash, but I told him I wanted to pay in checks. On 7-19 I gave him a check for $1,300. He did one side of the roof in August for $1000. He gave me a receipt showing the full amount of what he did and it equaled 3,000. He was supposed to use 2 guys and there was only one guy. He kept telling me to not worry, and that he would come out himself and get the job finished, and his worker finished the work but it was not done right. He never came back to do the work. I have tried to contact him multiple times. He has done good work in the past.
