While repair needed turned out to be septic issue and not in his scope of services, he educated us so we could make a good decision. He was able to determine a lot using camera down pipe, located our septic lid, helped shovel and evaluated issue. Very very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend .

Went fine to begin with. Immediately after had a little leak in second bathroom. Owner tightened the line and it was corrected. After 10 months a connection pushed the bushing out and flooded the hallway. Damage was almost $4000.00 to hardwood floors. I called insurance and Mr. Lambert. Mr. Lambert said he would come and look at the situation but never did. He also denied any responsibility. The house owner fixed the pipe with the piece that was blown out.. It has not leaked since the owner corrected it with the same parts! The owner suspects the bushing was installed backwards and this is why it failed. Mr. Lambert said that the new part that was installed must have been defective. Again, after the owner made sure that the plastic bushing was installed correctly and tightened correctly, it has given no problems. The owner is out $1000.00 deductible. Mr. Lambert said that he has insurance but has offered nothing.

Nathan was on time, courteous, and professional. His knowledge and passion for plumbing was awesome. He really wanted to find my problem and solve it. When a proposed solution involved replacing the old pipes, he recommended his brother for the job. Both did a wonderful job. They both went out of their way to get my drains working again. Nathan used his camera to scope the line and found another potential problem further on down the drain line. He explained the job in lay-person's terms, offering different options for fixing. Reasonable prices for fantastic work. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent. Nathan not only performed the fix and installation, he also explained the operation as he went through it. The date and service cost are approximates. The pump and parts were extra expenses. Would use Nathan again and plan to do that when we install a kitchenette in the basement. At the time Nathan was working as an independent provider and not a part of any particular company. He was being used as a subcontractor for various builders.

First of all accolades to Nathan Lambert for being voted the Peoples Choice top plumber in the Tri Cities area!! Any of his customers will attest to this. Nathan takes time to check out all the options and most cost effective, as well as, quality for his customer. I have contacted Nathan several times over the past year and he is never too busy to help in times of need. I recently had cancer surgery on my leg and Nathan was here immediately as I was told not to do anything that would tear out the internal and external stitches. Since my home has several levels it was paramount that this be fixed asap. Nathan tried to repair however no parts were available. He directed me to several different reputable companies in Johnson City. I was fortunate to deal with Ferguson, Modern Supply and Lowes. Each company was very helpful. The type of toilet I needed was over knighted from Knoxville through Modern Supply. The other two companies were extremely helpful however a two week order time was necessary. For me choosing a new commode was like looking in the grocery store at hundreds of types of cereals all written in Greek. A daunting task. Then matching the color. With Nathans patience each time I would need to call for advice he was ALWAYS available. He came first thing this morning did all the work and left areas looking immaculate. How blessed consumers would be if all companies had the integrity and concern for people that Nathan has. Honesty, integrity, pride in his work these are qualities that are unfortunately dissipating in todays ethics.

We have used them a few times. They had been prompt and courteous. They worked with us. They called ahead of time to know the horsepower. They asked if we could get the garbage disposal or should they pick it up. They have been really good. They are not the cheapest, but they do a quality work.

You couldn't find a better plumber than these guys. They talk to you and tell you exactly what's wrong. They are prompt in returning calls and getting the job complete in a timely manner. They have good prices, too.

Mr. Lambert has performed several plumbing jobs for me. He is always prompt, courteous, reasonable rates, and concerned as if it were his own home. I highly recommend Mr. Lambert for any plumbing need that you may have. Accolades to a true professional who demonstrates knowledge and integrity.

Repair went extremely well. Very professional and knowledgeable. Mr Lambert has fixed my plumbing problems many times throughout the years. He is always on time. Always prepared. Always courteous. Very seldom is there wait time between calling and his service. This is amazing as he is very much in demand. Very highly recommend Mr. Lambert. His prices are very reasonable and his expertise superior. Very few professionals meet his standards and capabilities.

I have used Nathan for several years. He's always done a good prompt job and never minds answering my questions about things ( i ask a lot of questions!). He and his partner are friendly and professional. He's never pushed to do more than needed at the time. Not sure about comparible pricing since I would rather continue to use Nathan regardless based on the above. We both decided it was now the right time to do a whole house update ( my house was built in 1950 and the previous owner really let things go). Nathan referred my to another plumber who does complete re-do's. I've built up trust with Nathan over the years and I'm going to follow his recommendation.

He was prompt in arriving and he did his job quickly.
