Bob and Scott Brown made this less stressful, saved us some trouble with the zoning issues other contractors did not know about. Excellent structure which we will use for many use.
Description of Work: Build an RV garage and residence, 40x50. Post steel building, concrete floor, 20x50 garage, same size for the residence. Company saved us from some horrific zoning issues in a small town.

I've been trying to get them to do a job for me for over a year. I've called them around ten times and they keep saying they will come. I think it is just too small a job for them. I called Adam Brown on 8/20/10 and he said he would check on it and get back to me, which he didn't. They should change their name to Yankee Construction. There were not professional because they didn't do the work and didn't contact me. The quote is worthless.
Description of Work: I got an estimate from Dixie Construction to do some concrete work. My porch was settling and they were going to cut it and pull it out. There was an 8-foot section of walk that they were going to cut out and replace. They were going to provide all the materials and haul everything away.

Very well. The building itself is of better design and construction than others of the same price. The installation work was competent. Everyone behaved in a professional manner. The work was started on time.
