He was very eager and actually started to work fixing the leak in my shower. The problem however is that he did not completely fix it and I had to call him back a few minutes later because it was still leaking. The second round he stopped the leak completely and did not charge me any extra.

We had such a great experience from start to finish! He was so quick to respond and came out the same day. He was very honest and helpful throughout the entire process. He finished the large project in half a day. I am so glad that Roto-Rooter fell through and he came to our rescue! Would hire again 100%.

William was VERY QUICK to notify me after I contacted Angi's List. They came two days after I spoke to William on the phone, as stated up front and on time. William and his assistant were friendly, professional, courteous and quick. He took the time to explain the work completed and what to do in future use. I will definitely use them again, and encourage everyone to use them.

Bathman charged $425 for 53 minutes of work. Leak was outside about 5 feet inboard of the meter. I showed him where to dig. Seems like some folks will take advantage of disabled old folks.

This is a out standing compy . They find a problem quickly and kust like the pro's they are they fix it quickly. This is a fine company abd any one that need's plumbling i will STRONGLY RECOMEN THEM. Nothing but praise for these folk's.

He came out an hour late, which I understand it was probably a busy day for them, and fixed 2 of the 3 pipe leaks. We went back down to put insulation on the pipes and noticed that he missed the third pipe that was leaking. We called them back and they came back out and left again without fixing the pipe. We then called again telling them about the pipe and they said they would come out the following morning. They never came out and when asked they said they couldn't. They did a great job fixing most of our leaks, but I do not think I would call them again.
