It went very well. They were about 20 minutes late, but it was raining, so that could have delayed them. The service person was very polite and and did the work very effeciantly. The only surprise came when it was time to pay and they did not accept a check, cash or debit card were fine, however, so I was glad I had a debit card. The only other thing I would say is that they did not give me the service call charge amount when I made the appointment, but I did not ask about it either.

Kept us informed as to when he would arrive being we were late on the schedule. Worked quickly. This was the only place that seemed to be able to provide Honda motorcycle keys for a used bike I just bought! He had the right blanks. The Honda motorcycle dealer cut 3 keys that did not work so I gave up there

Excellent service. Bought 2006 Honda Shadow 600 motorcycle with one key. Went to Jim's Motorcycle to get 3 keys made -- $30 and no key worked. Back to Jim's to 'copy' working key -- no further charge -- no key worked. Got in touch with doug at Tri Cities lock -- he had blanks. Told me to come out with motorcycle so he could make sure they worked. Result: 3 keys made -- 3 keys worked the first time. Total time 15 mintues tops. Will definitely recommend them to anyone. No more Lowes to get a key that may work... They were great.

Locked my keys in the house, car was already locked, no access to get into house or car. I called Tri-Cities Lock and Safe who quickly diverted a serviceman from his original destination to my home. He unlocked the car in probably less than a minute. Very professional, very friendly. Good customer service! I would call them again if needed.
