I really like the quartz countertop, and the owner was very very helpful in helping me prepare the existing cabinets for installation. Above and beyond there. Howerver, during and after installation... the kitchen was measured improperly, and not templated. Ended up with island counter too short, extra seam in long run, and gap where wall wasn't at 90 degrees (which would have been okay if they had made a template instead of assuming it was square). Also, they didn't attach the dishwasher to the quartz, so it walks around in the opening. He did give me a discount on the rest of the slab so I could fix the problem with the gap at the wall by installing a short backsplash (which I didn't want to do) - but that was more money out of my pocket. Bathroom was measured okay, but the installers bashed the wall and left unsightly gashes. I have let the owner know (and the workmen let him know) about the damage, and told him how much the repair will be. I have offered him the opportunity to make it right, and have heard absolutely nothing from him. Will have to pay $325 to have the walls repaired and repainted, and the dishwasher attached properly to the countertop.

Outstanding work, very professional. On time, showed up when they said they would. I would definitely hire them again !!

We had a great experience from beginning to end. They were always punctual and very professional in measuring and installing our countertop. It looks great!

They came out and gave us an estimate for 42 sq ft of granite, which we agreed upon. They installed the granite and when they gave me the invoice, the sq ft had changed to from 42 sq ft to 47 sq ft. When we confronted them about the mistake in the invoice the denied the mistake and claimed that the area was 47 sq ft. I ask them to come back out and remeasure the area as we were very skeptical, and they refused to come back out to remeasure which seemed very strange to me. They did not drill holes in the granite for faucets or soap dispensers, claiming that plumbers would handle that when in fact they do not. We had the granite remeasured and it was measured at 42 sq ft. WARNING! They seem like they are very nice people and they want to help you, but once there is an issue they will never come back. They are going to cost me an extra $300 than anticipated to have another company come out and finish the job. Seem like a very shady company and I would advise to watch out for them.

Overall our experience with Elliott Enterprises was wonderful and we would definitely use them again. They were professional and their prices were very competitive. Their staff, from Jennifer in the showroom to their installers, was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Our counters are gorgeous and we could not be more happy with them. Just a couple of notes if you decide to work with them. They do not plumb your sink after the counter top install, but will recommend a very good plumber, so you will need to add this in to your counter top budget ($200.00). Also, if you are tearing out old counters be sure to discuss with them how your current back splash will match up to your new granite back splash. We have a tile back splash and were left with a considerable gap that we now need to caulk. This was never mentioned or discussed prior to the installation.

Overall, this was a good experience. The price was very competitive and everyone we worked with was very pleasant. The counters look great. We had a bit of trouble getting them to call us regarding the final piece of countertop that needed to be installed, leaving a hole behind our stove for about 2 months. We had to call at least 3 times before they made a plan to complete it. Also, they install the sink but do not do the water/disposal hook up. They did recommend a plumber, who was prompt, but there are some companies who will do everything so it's something to consider. Once they finally finished, the kitchen looks great.

Elliott was recommended as a qualified company and highly recommended for their customer service. Unfortunately, this did not prove to be true in my experience. After the first countertop was installed, I found numerous granite chips in my yard where the stone was cut but the installer did not clean up. I have three sons and two dogs, all of which run and play in the yard and could've potentially been injured by these sharp chips/shards. The countertop looked decent but there was an uneven backsplash as well as the sidesplashes were not acceptable. One sidesplash had a large "glob" of silicone that could be seen above the countertop and the other side had the fiberglass showing. Elliott did come back to repair this but, again, no clean-up was performed. In addition, the installer damaged my NEW cabinet when he had to remove the sidesplash to fix the fiberglass problem! Apparently, he did not use any type of barrier to protect the cabinet, as he should've done. My contractor tried to repair the one-inch long dent/scratch but it is still visible. Unless, the cabinet is replaced, the obvious scratch will always be visible. This was a complete lack of care by Elliott and my NEW cabinet is permanently damaged! I am very unhappy about that situation! After the second countertop was installed(guest bath), the countertop looked fine but, again, there were shards/pieces of granite scattered in the yard where the installer cut the granite outside. My contractor cleaned this up and I greatly appreciated that effort! I have written a letter to Elliott detailing my concerns but have not heard back as of yet. If we renovate any other rooms and need granite/stone, I do not believe that we will utilize Elliott as our experience has not been satisfactory and we have a damaged cabinet as a result!
