I rate All State a solid A++ for their professionalism, friendliness and knowledge of the technician. I’m splitting hairs when I say this, BUT! The ONLY one thing I didn’t like was the default attempt to upsell to monthly service. HOWEVER, that’s just standard practice, because most chemicals used for cockroaches only lasts about 30-45 days. So it’s not unreasonable: if someone has cockroaches, then every 30 days might be necessary for those clients..... Luckily, I wasn’t that client — and they were 100% flexible and accommodating!! My technician surveyed the building and suggested a more suitable plan. That is a great reflection of the company, in my opinion. I have now had them visit my building twice, and they will be coming back again in about a month. After that, I would like for them to come and spray quarterly. Very impressed with them.

They are great! The pest control representative calls the day before to confirm timing, and meets with us before beginning work to confirm any issues/needs.

They came out on there own to check to make sure they had taken care of my pest problem. The did a great job. Would recommend them.

Responsive, fairly priced and easy to work with

I requested a termite inspection for a refinance. We had one done one year ago with no evidence of active bugs. This company was prompt, did a thorough inspection and told us there was no active evidence of termites; however, they also told us they could not document this because they couldn't guarantee there wouldn't be termites and some point and would require treatment to the tune of $1000! Our mortgage company would then not extend the loan. They wanted$1000+ dollars to treat bugs that are not there. I ended up hiring another reputable company to inspect and they certified there were no termites (all for $45). I would be very cautious before hiring this company

Very professional , nice and courteous

Jason is the gentleman that comes to our home. Very friendly, tells me what he is doing and why. Always calls before he is coming (usually gives at least a 24 hour notice) and I am very satisfied with the results. I also think they are very well priced.

DO NOT RECOMMEND USING FOR HOME BUYING INSPECTION Passed Termite Inspection but Recommended additional $1,500 for Preventive Treatment and included on Inspection Report. Would not remove recommendation from inspection report.
