Sean contacted me, set up a time to inspect the damage, and came to my house. He showed me pictures of the damage and gave me an estimate. His customer service was excellent. The repair crew did excellent work. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

For anyone looking for a roof with them, just keep in mind they cannot control the weather, but I assure you, they will get to you as soon as weather allows, and when they do you will be very happy with the finished product. When I called Sean ( the owner ) and I explained that a tree branch had fallen and gone through the roof of my VRBO cottage. We were due to have a lot of rain and I was concerned about it causing more damage. He came out that afternoon and put a tarp on it to protect it from any further damage and this was all BEFORE I had even signed a contract with him. So keeping in mind that I am a business owner myself and my business is mostly based on customer service, I very well couldnâ t have a roofer there doing repairs when I had a guest. We tried multiple times for him to come over to make the repairs but because I had â instant bookingsâ , we had to put it off multiple times and sometimes he didnâ t get much more than a few hours notice. He was always very understanding and patient. I was also very impressed that when he first came over to tarp it and to give me an estimate, he took great length to explain everything that needed to be done. I even asked some questions on why we couldnâ t do it a certain way and he explained that we could but it wouldnâ t be the â rightâ way and it could cause further problems down the road. When we did finally get a day where he could do the repair, his guys did a great job and cleaned up everything when they were done. There was even a box of shingles left over but they weighed like 80 pounds and he made a special trip just to come over and put it in my dadâ s workshop out back. I will trust him with all my roofing needs from now on and I know you can too.

The roofers were effecient and hard working and cleaned up after each of three days very well.

They cleaned up really well each and every day of the three full days they were there. They were very hard workersâ ¦. Sean explained fully what they found when they took off the old roof. My new roof looks fantastic!

Three small leaks, steady drips actually, that only occur when thereâ s a very steady heavy rain. The leaks happen at the joining of the deck roof and the house roof. It has been that way for years. In the past we would place three buckets on the deck and that was that. Last year we had some extra money and decided to have the seam repaired. Sean was courteous and professional but it became obvious he was guessing at how the leaks occur and where the water is channeling from. The materials used in attempts to repair the roof (silicone, ice/water shield underpayment, longer roofing screws) totaled approximately $500 (RETAIL). The crew have come twice for a total of about 8 labor hours and CANâ T fix the issue. Iâ ve spoken to Sean twice and he stated he would return weather permitting to make another attempt. There have been many suitable days since my last conversation with him to come out but no one showed and he hasnâ t contacted me. He stated a refund is not an option due to the contract. The total paid to him $3,142.00 . If you deduct $500 in materials we paid about $2,600.00 in labor. That equates to over $300 an hour for the work. The buckets are back, the leaks never went away, but our money sure did.

Sean and Advanced Roofing Solutions have been the best contractors I've ever worked with. Punctual, easy to talk to and understand. I needed a new roof but was unsure after speaking with some other companies. After speaking with Sean he made it an easy choice. The company is the most reasonable in pricing and service of any other company I contacted. Very punctual. I just needed help stopping a leak on my roof, but they got in done as promised. If I need a new roof in the future, they will be the ones I call. Everyone should give them first chance with your roofing project, they know what they are doing.
