Shawn, the owner of Advanced Roofing, is punctual for the inspection and quote. The cost was reasonable and the job was completed as promised. When the time comes for a new roof we will call Advanced Roofing.

The courteous crew worked to inspect, replace and repair all areas professionally needed on the entire roof. Repairs were completed promptly resulting in a sound and finished job to my complete satisfaction.

They did excellent work. They came out found the issue fix the issue cleaned up and we are gone all the same day. I could not have asked for more.

Sean was very prompt at calling me back. He was out the next evening to look at my roof and work up a quote. I got put into their schedule and his crew took care of it in half a day. Rained all day and no leak. I would recommend them to anyone.

I'm only allowed to give this company 5 stars if they had 10 stars this company would have gotten all of them. I can't express enough how well they treated my wife and I. We had another Roof company at first but they took advantage of the situation and did very little at a high price. Had issues with a leaking tile roof. Sean came out to repair the roof. I still had leaks and informed him of that. He made a few appointments to come back out but did not come. I finally got him to look at it again and he is willing to give me a quote to replace some of the tiles with metal and is going to repair some water damage to the ceiling. UPDATE 4/17: Sean has been working on this project for over a year and a half and as of 4/17/24 it is still not done. I live in Roan Mountain where we get high winds regularly After laying the ice and water barrier most of it blew off. Quoted me $75 per panel of plywood and then charged me $100 per panel. This is the second attempt to repair the problem when the guaranteed first time fix didn?t work. The excuses were ridiculous since he told me several times it would only take 4 hours. He left his ladder against my cabin when I asked him to secure the barrier because it was flying off the roof. Of course it blew down and broke a window which I?ll have to get repaired.

Sean and I initially spoke via his telephone call to me upon my Angi inquiry. He said he'd be at my home at a certain time, and I could have set my clocks upon his arrival, exactly at the time we had agreed upon, to the minute. He took photos and video of the problem areas of my leaking roof, and we discussed what problem areas he found and how they could be resolved. He showed me samples of the materials he would use for my required repairs, and talked in detail of the work that would be performed, the time the repairs would take, and the projected date to do the tasks. He arrived with crew a week later which we had agreed upon, and the work was completed that same day. We reviewed the before and after photos of my roof, and he described in detail how and why aspects of the repairs transpired. His work and materials have warranty for three years, which left me feeling very secure in my selection of Advanced Roofing Solutions and Mr. Sean White to fix my leaking roof issues. I am to touch up the water stains on my ceiling with ceiling paint. Then after a couple of hard lingering rains, examine ceiling for any signs of leakage, and then let Sean know the results. Again, that left me feeling my home was now protected from the elements, and if any rain or snow water leakage in same areas within three years, Sean will come to the rescue under warranty. I couldn't ask for better service. He is educated in his line of work and conveys his knowledge in a manner that the average homeowner can understand and appreciate. Had ridge vent installed on my new house, built in the 1930â s. Sean appreciated the older home, quickly provided an estimate and easily arranged to have the work done. The team came in and knocked out the job in half a day. Visual confirmation of the work was provided for areas which are not readily seen. There were a couple points of miscommunication, but not enough to alter my review. Would definitely use them again. Thx, Sean!

Highly recommend Advanced Roofing Soilutions! I have a newer home that was built with several skylights and theyâ ve leaked since soon after installation, we had several repair attempts made by the installer and they could noit ever seem to get it fixed. Sean cqme out and recommended we switch to a lifetime warranty skylight system and weve been dry ever since. if you have issues with skylights call these guys!

Given the weather has been extremely bad the last three weeks I had trouble getting anyone to come out to take a look at my roof due to the smaller nature of the job, but Sean came out and gave an estimate despite the fact that it was wet and nasty outside.
