Advanced Roofing Solutions was for us a fantastic find. I went on Home Advisor and got several roofing company's, after speaking with several companies we chose Sean, it was clear that Advanced Roofing Solutions was knowledgeable and could do the job. We have a house that's almost 200 years old with a metal roof that was leaking badly. Sean came out as quickly as possible to get a better idea of what was wrong. He did a complete inspection and photographed the problem areas. He provided me with an estimate which was reasonable, and explained in detail and so we understood what he was going to do. He showed up on time and ready to go. After another inspection he went about repairing the trouble spots, his work was very good, clean lines where he had put sealer down and cleaned the roof, inspected once more and took more photographs. In short Advanced Roofing Solutions and Sean did a first class job. It's very comforting to know that we have a capable company that we can call when needed. If anyone is looking at installing a new roof, or needs repaired I would very highly recommend Sean and Advanced Roofing Solutions without a doubt is a gem.

Shingles were starting to slide off our roof and we needed a professional roofer quickly. But where to find one who is ethical, transparent, trustworthy AND who would show up on time? Sean and his team are all of this and more. Sean took the time to introduce us to his company, show samples of their work, and explain the different materials and even how to save money-he did not sell us any materials we didn't need. We never felt rushed to make a decision and we were very pleased with the estimate he returned as well as the timeliness of the work. They fixed my leaks that no one else could. Older home with new metal roof put on over old shingles which a different company did and said would be fine. I had several leaks that would come and go with rain and after several different companies working on it everyone told me I would need a new metal roof. I got Advanced off of HomeAdvisor and they figured out what no one else would take the time to. Good group of guys.

We used them to replace a skylight that had leaked on and off for about 2yrs. We had it repaired by another company prior but it didn't last. The entire experience was top tier and the guys who came were early and completed the whole process in about 2hrs. It looks great and best of all no leaks after several hard rains.

After 2 prior attempts with other contractors to fix the leak in our chimney and kitchen areas, we contacted Advanced Roofing Solutions and spoke with Sean. When he arrived he was on the roof for much longer than the other two contractors had been during their inspection. Sean explained to us in a easy to understand and professional manor the issue that was causing the continued leaks and stated he would be able to provide a solution with a warranty. Dealing with Sean is a very pleasant and easy experience. He is professional and courteous. I have a lovely new roof because he was willing to take pictures and talk to the insurance adjuster.
