Description of Work: I have used Bill Haynes a number of times for various home repair and improvement services. Bill is always polite, honest, good at what he is willing to tackle and has never disappointed us no matter what we've asked him to do. I've been using him for about 3 years and I am not hesitant to recommend him for the things he does. We have not had to call him lately but I would call him when we do. The date of this review reflects the date I chose to write one, not actual last service date. I do not recall the last date. Examples: bathtub drain problems, lighting installed, receptacle replacement, cabinet built for bathroom, hot water heater replacement, minor roof repair, repairing termite damage, faucet replacement, built a shoe rack for a walk-in closet, and other things I cannot recall right now. I know he does bathroom remodeling but I have not personally used him for that. There are other good repair services in our area but Bill Haynes is certainly at the top of my list.

Description of Work: Mr. Haynes arrived at 7:30 this morning and finished about 5:00. He installed a dead bolt lock, fixed a problem area that needed to be locked but was hard to accomplish (in sliding door of a metal building), sealed a leak in roof vent, cleaned out gutters and installed gutter guards all around the house, installed an outside motion sensor light and installed motion sensor cameras (3) and hooked them up to a TV and a hard drive.

Description of Work: First trip: He checked out the problem testing several things while here. Second trip: He returned with parts, pulled pipes, tank and pump from the well. Performed the repairs, put it all back in place. Works like new.
