Description of Work: Chris and his employees came out and installed the new roof in a very timely manner. They cleaned up any debri that was left, was very professional in every way. My wife and I was very impressed in every way with their services and would recommend their service to anyone, both price wise and professionalism. Job well done. John Cambe

Description of Work: I had called a very well-known company, D.K, to set up an appt for hail damage. They gave me a date that was 2 weeks later. I called Prodigy because they had left a card on my mailbox, but they had penciled in the words ' hail' and the date of that freakish July storm. Their man, Mark, was just about to leave his home, but asked my location. Since it was only 15 minutes away, he said he'd see me before tending to his personal business. He inspected the roof, found hail damage and gave me a written estimate. He also said he'd be happy to come back and talk with the insurance adjuster which he did. His estimate and our insurance company's estimate were so close, the insurance company accepted his bid, and wrote me a check that afternoon. The company needed half down for supplies which made me a little nervous. Mark willingly showed me his driver's license and copied the # on the work order/contract. In addition, he gave me the dates of material delivery and a date of completion. The materials were on time, the work was completed early and the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up around the house. (At their expense, they added some extra protection around three leak areas which the original contract had not called for. The foreman said that they would rather lose a few bucks and do it right than return to an angry customer.) Would I recommend them? Were you reading? Ha, of course, I would. Oh, the deductible? They asked if they could put a sign in my yard and paid me for that opportunity. I paid a total of $200 for the job. This was an example of what a company should be: polite, professional, knowledgeable, understanding and trustworthy. Prodigy Roofing; you should check them out instead of waiting two weeks for an appt. with the other guys.
