Went great very professional.

We had used Prodigy Roofing for our primary residence six years ago. The work was done promptly, efficiently and they cleaned up after themselves. The price was very competitive and we were very please. We called them again for our rental home and had the same experience. Chris Price, the owner, came out immediately, gave us a bid and dropped off samples of shingles, since they no longer manufacture the original shingles. We made a choice and the crew came within several days. Again, we had the same experience. The work was efficiently done, cleanup was magnificent and we are thrilled with the finished product - very attractive roof. We will recommend Prodigy Roofing to everyone we know.

Prodigy Roofing were prompt and quite helpful. There is no negative. I am not using them this time because the insurance company is offering a different amount than the roofing company. I would use them in the future.

Chris provided the labor and my lumberyard supplied the materials for my 1800 sqft new home. The crew was in and out in about 1 1/2 days and cleaned up the shingles/wrappers to boot. I very much would recommend them to anyone needing a roofer.

My experience with Chris was great. He's polite professional and prompt. From the time I called him, to the time he finished the job, was just a few hours. He even told me that he probably wouldn't be able to match the shingles but did a great job there, too! Overall, I would say Prodigy Roofing is a great place to do business. I'd recomment him to anyone.

I'd like to give them a big thumbs up. He contacted me within a day and a half. He told me that he had the estimate ready. He explained to me the routes that he takes and the materials that he uses for different areas of the roof. He's a young kid and I am very pleased with him. The job was well done at ta timingly manner. Chris Price did a good job, he is a hardworking young man. He came out to do the deck.

My wife called Chris and told him of our aging roof that was leaking and he was there the next day. He stated he could repair the existing roof but we had pretty much decided we wanted to go ahead and replace the entire roof with a metal roof. Chris brought samples explaining color, quality and warranty. We looked it over that night deciding on a color. We had already had one estimate from another roofing company thatwas over 11,000.00. Chris ordered the materials and they showed up on friday. Monday morning they started the job and by Tuesday evening it was done and at half the price of our first estimate. They did a great job and were very pleasant to deal with, cleaned up everything, and earned a customer for life. If we ever decide to put a roof or make other repairs that they do we will definately use this company.

First of all, the crew was very polite. They were meticulous in cleaning up at the end of the job. I don't think we found a single nail or torn shingle anywhere! Our shrubs and flower beds were not damaged in anyway. Before the job took place, Mark MIller jumped right in and began working with our insurance company. He eliminated any number of headaches for us at a time when we were getting ready for our daughter's wedding. After the job, Mark came back to be sure that we were completely satisfied with the work. We asked him about something that didn't look quite right and he took care of it himself. I'm happy to tell you that I've never had an easier fix to a major problem!

Last summer ('10) a Prodigy Roofing salesman knocked on our door. They had been in the area working on neighbor's houses and were canvassing the neighborhood. We knew we had storm damage over the years and needed a new roof. I took his card and over the next few weeks my wife and I talked about it and gave them a call back. I met with Mark and he said he'd be glad to work with our insurance company. He did just that. In the next month we had a new roof. We thought they did a terrific job. They cleaned up afterwards quite well and for an extra few bucks out of my pocket and my run to Lowe's for the materials even did some extra things that I'd been wanting to get done before I replaced gutters. This spring we had some nasty hailstorms come through which knocked holes in the polycarb roofing over our deck. After meeting with our insurance company over it, they said they were going to give us another full new roof since there was hail damage to the whole roof structure. Of course, we called Prodigy back. They worked with us on the price, again, and the insurance company paid for it all again, less the deductible. I was initially a little apprehensive about the deck roof, because it was clear polycarbonate and a custom design and I didn't know whether they could handle it or not. I took a few hours off work the day they showed up and was a little surprised that the crew chief wasn't there to start when the rest of the crew was ready. Turned out he was at a Lowe's trying to find our polycarb. I told him that I had just been at our nearest branch two weeks before pricing it and they had plenty in stock, so he went there and got it and showed up before I went to work. I showed him some of the extras that Mark and I had talked about and he said he'd take care of everything. When I got home that evening we had another beautiful new roof and deck roof. I was expecting two days because they were taking off a brand new roof that they had installed last year with fresh nails. But they were still done in one day. They cleaned up even better than the first time. A few days later we got a fairly heavy rain and noticed that there was a slow leak in the deck roof where one screw wasn't tightened down and called about it. At the next available opportunity, Chris came by and took care of it, not just by fixing the screw, but by splitting the entire seam and redoing it. Leak fixed. We're happy. I believe this company wants to work with any customer they have because the realize that every customer, no matter how large or small, is just that - a customer who needs to be pleased or they won't get more customers. I think they work on the premise that word of mouth is the best advertising and that the best advertising they can do is a a job well done. I'd hire them again without reservation. If we get another hailstorm.

Prodigy's adjuster was great -- very knowledgeable, professional and personable -- and hit it off well with my insurance company's agent. I wasn't expecting the insurance company to cover the cost of the entire roof but the two of them examined the roof together and despite minimal storm damage, the insurance company agreed to foot the entire bill! I was thrilled! Plus I got my recoverable depreciation check right away as soon as the job was done! On top of that, the adjuster recommended white shingles, which I never would have thought of. In addition to looking great, I'm saving lots of money on my energy bills as a result. Many roofs were damaged due to the severe storm and despite being extremely busy, Prodigy got to the job surprisingly quickly. In addition, the roofers were very diligent and worked long hours in the hot sun to get it done fast. This was important to me since a leaky roof isn't something you want to mess around with for fear of mold and water damage. They definitely went above and beyond to take care of my roof quickly and completely and I would certainly recommend them.

I thought I could do the roof myself, but quickly decided that was a bad idea. Chris Price came and gave an estimate for the work left to do, which was almost the entire job. He was willing to work with the materials I had already purchased from Lowe's and quoted a reasonable price. The crew arrived at the time specified and the work was completed in a professional manner in the time frame as stated when the quote was given. The overall expeirence was excellent and I would highly recommend Prodgy for roofing or remodeling work.
