the guys came and began tearing siding and the roof vent off the house the same day. they were accompanied by their operations co ordinator tracy matthews.after they had the siding torn off, we went the next day to select siding to replace the damaged .when removing the dressing pieces around the windows , they excercised no care and broke many of the pieces.after they compledted the front and side of the house, the homeowner helped them with the back of the house while three of the workers sat on the back deck and relaxed . they left after the second day and by that time had conned the homeowner into paying for a trash receptacle to put the damaged siding in as well as for the shutters .mr. matthews also claimed that there was "mold " that needed to be treated to the tune of another 2100.00. when the homeowner balked at these additional charges and called the insurance company , mr matthews left.we decided not to allow this crew to do the roof and the insurance company nixed the mold treatment and his high estimate for the roof.when they sent an adjuster out , he stated that there was no mold and gave us a better roof estimate.as we inspected the job that had been done , we found that pieces of the siding had already begun falling off the house.mr matthews talked us into paying him before the job was completed by telling us sob stories about his children.after repeated calls to mr. matthews in a vain attempt to get him to do the work as promised , we have come to the realization that this was a con job perpetrated by mr.matthews to bilk us and the insurance company out of the funds.it has been over two months and they have not returned to even complete the work set forth in the contract, much less reimburse us for the money spent on the trash receptacle and shutters.mr.matthews is a liar and a theif. do not employ this company if you do not want to be ripped off !!! now we are having to repair the shoddy work done by this company ourselves.
