Stewart Real Estate Appraisals

Terrible, missed a complete room, which will effect the appraisal. Also stated the refrigerator was missing when in fact it was there. Wrote down a small hole that appeared to be a hole dug by a dog was a sink hole. His job was to be an Appraiser not an home inspector. There are some steps missing which we all knew about, also a diversion tube for hot water heater.. So he wrote up that return trip must be made when these items are complete. I do not recommend this person or his company.

Stewart appraiser is a reliable professional company, both of them, David and Harriet. I only wish, they modernizes their communication and bank accounts to make it faster.

Super nice guy but a little steep for what he did. I mean, $350 for 30/40 minutes of walking around with a tape measure. I would shop around just because of the price, but like I said, super nice guy

Dave did a great job and turn -around time is very short - I got the report the next day. His fee is good too ($350 for 3/2 1200 sf single family home).

Highly experienced. Quick, but still detailed. Prepared ahead of time and fully equipped for the task at hand. Very polite and professional, as well as a nice person. Would definitely hire again.

David was very friendly. He saw that he would be late because of the traffic here in Memphis - he called informed me that he would be approximately 20 minutes late and asked if that would be okay. He arrived at the time stated and things went well. He was very observant as he noted from my license plate that I was a disabled veteran. He thanked me for my service, asked me about my military experiences and just put me at ease as went about his business. I would definitely recommend this organization to others - gladly!!

Mr. and Mrs. David Stewart were not only professional but extremely nice, polite, and punctual. Left a voice mail and was called backed in a matter of minutes. I usually do not search the internet for services but this was a terrific find. Set up an appointment on Thursday, 7/3/14 for Monday, 7/7/14 at 9:00 AM.

I made the request for an appraiser through HomeAdvisor. Mr. Stewart called me the next day and made an appointment. Since I am in Texas and he is in Tennessee, he worked well with my daughter who lives in the house there. I received the report within 2 business days. Very professional. My daughter though highly of his service.
