LHQ Tree Service

First of all, let me say that Jerry seems to be a very nice guy with good intentions. His initial response to my request for a bid was prompt and courteous. The price and details of the job were agreed on, and the deal was made. Jerry's crew showed up on time and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. Cleanup was very good, and when I arrived home, the only way I knew the crew had been there was by looking closely at the trees. Unfortunately, there was still quite a bit of deadwood remaining in the largest tree, so when I met with Jerry to look over the job, I asked him to send his guys back to finish the job. He agreed that there was still some wood that needed taken out, and he assured me his crew would be back to finish the job the next day. One day stretched into many days. I had at least three different assurances from Jerry that his crew would be at my house the next morning. As of today - 6/4/2014, I have yet to see any of Jerry's guys. I spoke with Jerry On Monday, and advised him I would be leaving a less than stellar review for his business on Angie's List. He again promised to send some of his crew out to finish the trees, but as of 7PM on Wednesday, June 4th, I'm still waiting.

Jerry and his crew were fantastic. He is a very honest and up front man. Before work begins, he gives you and agreed upon price for alkyl work so you do not have any surprises. He is licensed, bonded, and insured and will show you all paperwork to that effect. Shrubbery and part of a chain link fence had to be moved in order to get to the tree, and they put everything back good as new. I cannot recommend LHQ enough.

L.H.Q. Tree Service actually did more work than agree and did so at no extra cost which is not typical of businesses today. Very honest people and seem to go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy! One of the trees being removed from our property was a 100'+ oak trre that was only inches from our house and there was a small accident that resulted in a small amount of damage to our home. The incident was handled very professionally and the damage was fixed right away and actually looks better than it did before. Great experience and I would highly recommend!
