Description of Work: I contact them from angie list and though that I was getting someone professional. My mother has been without heat for 4 days after the first visit. the technican told her that he would be back the next day. He only showed up after calling repeatly and complaining. She currently is still without heat and I am angry with this company. I told them to get the manager involved and was told that he would call me within 10 minutes meaning the technican. He did not call. My mother told me to get someone else. Which I will. Buyer's beware!

Description of Work: I had three appointment over the last 10 days. The first was to fix the fan in my furnance. While the technician had the system open he noticed some other things and suggested that it would be better to get a new furnance in the long run (no wriiten report of exactly what was wrong). I had a second appointment with a sales agent to price a new furnance. He was very professional and provided me a list of options for a new furnance and a/c unit (no written report of what might be wrong with my system). I made a third appointment to have an inspection of my entire system to be very clear of what was wrong with my system before I shelled out any money. The techncian showed with instruction to do a visual inspection of my system. Before he even got started, I told him that was not what I wanted done. (still no written report of what might be wrong with my system). Time to try another company. There is a bad disconnect with the local technicians and the national call centers.

Description of Work: They did maintenance on our A/C unit set it up and checked over thoroughly for the summer.
