They did a wonderful job. One of the guys even came back the following day to replace the bad circuit with a good circuit. We feel he went above the call of duty. They are animal friendly which is a plus for us as we have several pets. Everything is running great now and we would use them again.

They have been fine on their maintenance contract. However, I feel like they have a tendency to oversell things. They follow up their maintenance with high-pressure sales. I really don?t care for it and because of this I have actually looked at switching to another company. The people, who do the maintenance, seem to do a good job. I will try to find another company that is better than them. However, I will continue to use them until my contract remains.

My AC went down over the 4th of July weekend. I already knew from previous service calls from another company that the system was pretty much worn out and repair was difficult due to the age of the system and the unavailability of matching components. I called Steel City on Monday. They had a sales guy out that day. He knew his product well. I had already decided to go with a Lennox system and wanted a high efficiency system since I will be in this house awhile. I got the quote that afternoon and accepted it. They came out on Wednesday and replaced the system. Great technician that also helped me with an unrelated problem related to an ongoing kitchen rennovation. He had expertise my contractor did not. The work was extremely well done. I am picky about appearance and they did it right. I had a problem with my downstairs heat pump later in the week and they came out and fixed it no charge just because we had done so much business already that week. Very professional people who go through correct trouble shooting procedure. I got them to replace my hot water heaters because I was so pleased with their work. I got a different technician because it was a plumbing job but I got the same good results. I will use them again.

We have an annual service agreement with them. It is $130 for the spring and fall maintenance. They have a good price and they do good work. We had used several others and did not like their thoroughness of the job. We will continue to use them in the future.

Naturally the installation process in 2006 went smoothly, or so I thought. lnitial repair contact in 2009 was prompt and the technician proficient and professional, but after his first visit their service, attention, and responsiveness fell apart completely. I Iearned (from the subsequent repair company) that an improper setting on my A/C had limited air flow since installation and my A/C was overstressed since new. For the first time since installation in 2006, I had full and adequate A/C flow. There isn't space to list all of their failures of communication and responsiveness over the next three to six months. During the first week, I had to bring in a second company to finish the repairs since I could not elicit a return call from Service Experts. They eventually promised a refund of my service charges from June but it took until October, and uncounted phone calls and persistence on my part to collect.

Went very well, and moved very fast. Steel City was interested in getting the unit in as quickly as possible, so install probably went more quickly than normal. Still, would expect that installation would occur within 72 hours of purchase. The technicians arrived on time, pulled the old unit, had a timely delivery of the new unit, and had the house A/C back up and functioning by mid-afternoon. Total time of the job, from loss of A/C to the A/C being operational was 6 hours. In the midst of all of that, also pulled out 25' of old, broken, and barely functional duct work and replaced it with new. They did come back a second day to conduct some "finish" work around the unit, but that had no impact whatsoever on the functioning of the unit, and we had no requirement to be around when that final task was completed.

I received an ad in the mail advertising a free programmable thermostat with a summer tune-up for $89.00. Since I needed a new thermostat I made an appointment. The technician, John, arrived on schedule, spent about an hour cleaning the unit outside and about the same inside. The service was great! I was not told that I needed a bunch of extras as I expected. My unit is about 16 years old. John did tell us that for the age of the unit it was in good shape. He then installed the thermostat. John was professional, clean and friendly. He did a great job. Even my dog liked him. I will request him for my winter tune-up.

When we had a leak they told us what to do to fix it. However they told us the wrong items to get so it didn't work. I wasn't really impressed with them.

I recently stopped the service of this company. The last time they were here, the technician said whoever worked here before left wires in a pile and they could have started a fire. Well, they were the company who last worked on our system. I just did not feel confident about their abilities as a company. When I canceled my contract, they kept insisting they still owed me a visit. Well, I keep good records and they did not owe me a visit. They just wanted to come back here again. I would not recommend this company to others. They put pressure on you and the quality is not there.

They worked about six hours on both systems. My wife paid them and they left. They left the return duct blocked and furnace covers off. This required a second service call by another company to replace wires shorted out in furnace, most likely due to the cleaning. A third service man just left, pointing out the dirty fan wheel.

I am very happy with the service provided by Unlimited Air Conditioning & Heating. I have been using their services for a long time. They keep both our air conditioning and furnace working good. They are a reliable company.

Unlimited Air Conditioning & Heating does our maintenance on our air conditioning and heating. We have a service contract with them for about $300 per year. We have always been very pleased by their courteous and reliable service. They do a quality job.

We thought it would be days to get someone out. He showed up late in the day and stayed late so it would be working when we went to bed. It was something minor that he fixed. He also said he replaced the Freon or coolant that is in the unit. We could not be more happy with the price for coming out in an emergency, around $100. If I need them I will call them before anyone else.

They were hard to get out here for the service contract they came about a month or so late. They sold us more than what we needed and I felt they were more sales oriented than service oriented. They had a very questionable character about them because a couple of services ago they said we had a crack in the furnace so we asked them to show us but we didn't see it. We ended up replacing it and this last time I overheard the service man say on the phone "I can't do that because they just got a new one".

The crew for this job was well organized efficient and worked with very little talking. The job went through without a hitch and they removed the old units and took them away for disposal. Their manners were top rate and the entire job was done in about five hours. The system has worked well with a few minor problems, that were taken care of immediately.

I would like everyone to know that on a day that was 100 degrees outside our air conditioner broke and they were out here within an hour of our phone call. We had a yearly contract and they have been real professional when they came out to our home. They were very thorough with their inspections and had a fair price.

I am not for sure what size unit that they put in, but they said it was a Cadillac. I've been happy with it and haven't had any problems so they did a good job. They made it very convenient for me as they removed the old unit and disposed of it for me. They left no mess for me to have to clean up. It was a hassle free experience for me.

They come on a regular basis and maintain our unit for proper working condition. The unit is cleaned very well and everything is checked thoroughly and if repairs are needed they will fix them. The price for the service is very reasonable and it is done very professionally.

We ve used Steel City many times and they come out as soon as you call them. Actually they will come out seven days a week within just a few hours from the time you call. Every time they come out they introduce themselves and they are so caring. They are on time and they always clean things up before they leave.

I was satisfied with the estimate I received. The crew showed up on time to dismantle our old system. The guys were very courteous and did not cause extra mess in the home. When the job was done they cleaned up all the tools and mess. The girls from the office called to make sure we were happy. I always recommend them to anyone who asks.

He did a great job and was very prompt. He came out one night last year in July when it was so hot and worked on the old unit to keep it going until we had the new unit installed. He was professional and cleaned up every bit of the mess. He was quite professional and I would highly recommend him.

We had a yearly contract with this company and they came out twice a year in the fall and in the spring. If we called them they would come out. So far they have done an excellent job for us. The contract price was about average for them.

Other than them always being awfully busy they were very dependable when it came to this type of work. They have maintained our units for years and with them we stay away from a lot of the normal problems. They treated us and our units great and we knew that the results would always be in our favor. Also you couldn t find a more trustworthy outfit which was important in this field.
