Description of Work: My TV connections were not working and the mount was too close to the wall.

+ -1 moreOverall, my interactions with the company were quite positive. The owner is very knowledgable about audio systems and professional in his interactions. The job was generally performed well and completed on time. However, cutting errors were apparently made during installation of the in-ceiling speakers resulting in the need for about 6 patches. The patches were not sanded properly and are quite visible from anywhere in the room. The patches were not pointed out to me at the time of installation. A primary advantage of in-ceiling speakers is to maintain the aesthetic appeal of a given room- and the visible patches defeat this advantage. On the other hand, the price was much, much lower than other local competitors and I can complete the sanding work myself. I would consider using this provider again for home audio projects that do not involve in-ceiling speaker installation.
Description of Work: Installed rear surround ceiling speakers, ran the speaker wire in the attic to connect with the receiver, cleaned up wires hanging from flat screen TV
