John Fox's painting company consisted of him and another junior painter. I would say that he was a helper if anything. The charged a pretty penny. The removed the wallpaper and it's not easy to remove wallpaper and come back and fix it without having to put up new sheet rock unless you're a skilled painter and have the right equipment. If you have a helper that knows how to do that then it's a piece of cake. John Fox and his helper proved to me that they were inadequate. He was supposed to go back and check his helper's work before they painted over it or went any further. If they needed to sand it down because it's in safe walls like a temple. You've got a good job and then you see a temple rising up in the wall, it's just inadequate work, especially when you're working on a house for $250,000 to $300,000 in Germantown when the market was bad. I called him back on several places in the home and he tried to repair them and they weren't repaired properly. Every time I called he would always let it go to his voice mail, he would never call me back. He was bad. His work was good but he failed in that one area. I would but him at the lowest on the scale. They charged too much for the quality of work they did. The only place he messed up was not answering me, ignoring my calls and leaving the cosmetics part undone because he failed to supervise his help. He was on time, he got paid before he finished the job.
Description of Work: John Fox was supposed to remove the wallpaper in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, the bathroom off the kitchen, the hallway, and in the main bathroom.

He won't call me back. He left my bathroom after he removed my wallpaper he had an assistant with him. I called him 2 or 3 times to have him come out here and sand my bathroom since he took the wall paper off he had to come bk and move the walls to level and straighten it. He left some ridges and cracks in it and I wanted him to come back and level them, and he never has.
Description of Work: I used a painter named John Fox. He painted the back and he added the bathroom and here moved wallpaper and painted the wall underneath.
