Excellent. Elite came out in the same day for the quote. They scheduled to repair my roof the next day and arrived on time.

We had extensive water damage to both our roof and interior walls and ceilings. Elite Roofing walked me through the whole process, met with the insurance adjusters with me, and did a wonderful job fixing our issues. These young men are professional, personable and dependable. I would hire them again for any roofing or exterior/interior issues.

I originally used another roofing company who didn’t seem interested in making sure my insurance covered things, only in what they didn’t and the money I’d owe them. Kyle with Elite showed up to my house with an estimate in hand and knew right away that my approved claim hadn’t covered everything. He quickly worked to resolve that, my roof was covered and they completed the work in 2 days. They cleaned up everything and left my house as it was before. My roof is simply beautiful. What a difference! Kyle is the epitome of what customer service is. Use Elite, you’ll be delighted you did!

Ricky Hunt Sr. and his crew took great care of us. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful along the way. The price was competitive relative to the other two quotes we received. I chose Elite, because I had more confidence in his plan to handle ventilation and siding damage than the plans proposed by the folks offering the competing bids. The project was scheduled within two weeks of payment, and completed in a day. Mr. Hunt also recommended someone to take care of trim repair that we needed as a result of some water damage, and his recommendation proved to be very helpful.

The team over at Elite Roofing Solutions is awesome to work with! I worked with Caleb DeLee. He was punctual, and well mannered. He helped me file my insurance claim, met my adjuster, and got my roof paid for by the insurance company. After we found out we were getting a new roof, Caleb drove me around the neighborhood, to look at Roof colors. He was patient with me, and kept looking, until I found one I liked. A week after selecting the roof, Elite was putting It on. They roofed my house in one day, and left the yard looking cleaner than it was before they came. Thank you Caleb! I appreciate everything you, and Elite!

The Co and workers were excellent, very detailed & professional. They did exactly what they said they would do in a timely manner with our particular needs and concerns in mind throughout the tear off and install. Wonderful! Before the process began one of the owners drove thru my neighborhood and sent me addresses of roofs to go preview so I could see different options. Elite roofing kept the job site incredibly clean!!! It was a 2 day project and I was shocked to see how clean my yard/driveway were when the crew completed their work the first day and again at completion. Other roofing companies who have done homes in my neighborhood do not clean up the site until completely finished and debris goes everywhere. Absolutely not the case with Elite!!!

Roof looks great. My contact person was Caleb Delee. He was easy to get a hold of when I needed him and answered all my questions. He did everything he said he would and did it when he said he would. Best thing is that he took care of all the insurance stuff for me. The crew was fast and cleaned up my yard very well. Very pleased with their job.

First of off I did a great deal of research before I started calling contractors. Different contractors prefer different suppliers. Know what brand and type of shingle before you start the process. After a great deal of research I decided on Owen Corning Duration shingle for a number of reasons. Then I went looking for a contractor that has been around awhile and approved/certified by the manufacturer. I found Elite Roofing to have not only a very fair price but they had a crew of 12 people start at 06:00, tear off and replace a 60 square roof in 14 hours. They arrived at sunrise, left at sunset and the job was 100% finished. Not a loose nail or trash to be found. Jeremy Evans came by the next day to look everything over. Great people. Great job.

Dealing with Elite made getting a new roof easy. Ben was always prompt and very professional They gave me a great price and did everything we agreed on. The crew was extremely courteous and professional. All the debris was cleaned up as they worked . The roof looks beautiful. Great job!!!!!!!!
