This was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. I did go through the process of getting estimates and reviews for multiple contractors. Jeremy was the most accommodating, cooperative and knowledgeable of the group. Elite also provided the most aggressive estimate. Jeremy walked me through the process and worked with the insurance adjuster. The finished roof is beautiful and I was shocked to find that they had also repaired the gutter and fixed a damaged piece of the trim. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

My home and lawn were left in pristine condition. I could not be more pleased. Dealing with contractors is generally a hassle and the service is typically very disappointing. We also appreciated the initial consultation from the owner, Ben who was a delight to meet as he provided details of how the process would be handled. Then we met Jake who was friendly and professional as he worked with the insurance adjuster and then was on site throughout the roofing installation as he was meticulous in our lawn care to avoid breaking vegetable plants and flowers that were coming into the blooming season. Also the roofing team were fast and efficient too in their day long process. And yes, they arrived on time! We are pleased with Elite Roofing Solutions professionals and we believe you will be too.

If you don’t call Elite you are calling the wrong roofing company! Kyle is amazing. He has helped me with a couple roof issues over the last couple of months. He is detail oriented, customer centric, responsive (we all know this is hard to find!) and budget conscious all while ensuring the integrity of your roof is maintained.

Everything was done in the most excellent manner. Very pleased with the price and workmanship. Recently, three years after the new roof, Jon had his crew remove a starling's nest which was a problem behind a gutter shield high up on the roof. Way too high up for a senior citizen to remove. Jon did not charge me! Talk about great service after the sale! Best roofing company around!

This is the second time that I have used elite. The first was about 8 years ago when I lived in Lakeland. My husband (a very reserved man) was so impressed with the job, Kyle, and how smooth the entire process was that in the review he wrote he actually put our address in the review! Love these guys! There’s not an appropriate A++++++++ or 100% on how we can grade them. They are awesome!!!!!!!

They had to remove 4 layers of old shingles, and install new roof, and it went exactly as planned. They are very good at what they do! Very happy with their work.
