Jon came out and handled our claim with the insurance adjuster. He told me what to expect and he was right. He took my family around to look at different styles of shingles until we found one we liked. All of the business was handled in writing and Jon was not pushy in anyway. He is a great guy to work with. The crew arrived and removed and replaced my entire roof in one day. Those guys really hustle and did a nice job and cleaned up well after the job was done. Jon was on site to check progress during the install and to make sure everything was going well. He came back after a few hard rains to make sure we didn't have any issues. I would not hesitate to do business with this company again.

Excellent! We contacted Jon to come out when we noticed some damage to our shingles. He worked with us every step of the way to make sure we were pleased with the product and pricing. He came out and met the adjuster to make sure he understood where the problem areas were. Jon communicated with us throughout the entire process and was accurate in his projections of a timeline. Jon is not one of those door to door salesmen who wants to swindle money out of you and your roof. He is knowledgeable about the industry, and products, and home repairs in general. He is trustworthy and you will feel comfortable with him. When it came to picking out a shingle and color he sent us around to several example houses to make sure what we ordered was exactly what we wanted and matched our home. His crew arrived on time on the date he had projected. The work was completed in one day. Jon was there to make sure the crew was prepared and came to check throughout the day on their progress. In summary, I could not be more pleased with the product and process working with Elite Home Solutions. I highly recommend them to anyone who is considering replacing their roof. The crews Elite had on site were some of the hardest working people I had ever seen. They started at 6AM and finished at 8PM with only a short break around 3PM.
