+ -1 moreThey lost screws to my 2 refrigerators. They said I have to buy boxes for my TV's before they agreed to move them. They took the stands to my TV's and put them wherever they wanted! My handles for my refrigerators are missing have to order new ones. They charged me $1,300.00. When I called the lady gave me attitude something serious. Do not hire them!!!¡!!!!! RUN!!!!

+ -1 moreThe first time we used them they gave us enough time to wrap all the furniture and they moved it to storage. This time when we moved stuff from storage they messed up a lot of things. They broke things off my desk and china. They messed up quite a bit of the furniture itself. They moved an 8 foot 3 piece entertainment center which has glass shelves and a huge 10 foot china hutch. They didn't mess those up but they didn't put anything together this time. I know they can be good movers but this time they weren't as good. I like Smiley's himself but it is his workers. He was great himself. We paid $65 an hour. We've used them twice and we know that they are good movers but this time they were not. One of their workers was in training. We would use them again but we would want a different worker.
Description of Work: Smiley's Professional Moving Service helped us move. We had two parents pass away so we ended up with about 2200 square feet of furniture.
