Description of Work: The responsiveness was exceptional. On my initial call to Watson's they said it would be a couple of weeks before they could get out to our house. I joked and told the man that I didn't know if we had enough clothes to last that long. I went on to tell him that we had an entire load of clothes that were outside drying on chairs, because the problem with the machine is that it would not complete a cycle. The clothes were washed, but it would not drain or spin. In a few minutes he said I think we can get to you on Wednesday this week. I was thrilled. The service man came and checked out everything and discovered we needed a new pump for our washing machine. The did not have it in stock, but promised they would have it in a few days, which they did. All is well. I was very impressed with the professional way they conducted themselves both over the phone and in person. I was home when they came out the first time, but my husband was here when the serviceman from Watson's came out. He too was impressed. They did everything they said they would and were able to get to us sooner than we first thought. We will definitely use them in the future, if the need presents itself. We give them an "A" all across the board.

Description of Work: Repaired Maytag washing machine.

Description of Work: Replaced the switches to the igniters. It went very well and it took just a few minutes.

Description of Work: Replaced belt on my 4-5 year old Whirlpool Duet electric dryer.

Description of Work: Installed new oven programmer, new oven door switch and new oven temperature sensor.
