Merry Maids

I would not recommend them. They stole from me. They broke valuable pieces of my collection. They sent somebody else and the girl said she didn't do anything. I about lost it. They are bonded and licensed. I sent them pictures, and her answer was that she would give me a month free. One of the pieces was one of a kind and not replaced. I think the price was okay for what they did. There were two people, every two weeks, for two hours. She was pretty good about sending somebody to my house. Our house isn't filthy, it's just dusty. I thought I would get a better response from her when this all happened, but it was more like, "I'm really sorry". Word of mouth is better than any advertisement they are going to get. To this day, I still can't believe. I still have pictures of what they did. It was about 15 pieces, and they hid them. I asked her where the honesty was. We all know people make mistakes, but don't hid the stuff and wait 3-4 weeks, and send out someone else. At least she was honest, and said she didn't do it. She was almost in tears. I knew she didn't do it because I was watching. I have a separate mop for the bathroom and kitchen. I supplied everything. I bought all new mop and buckets. I didn't want other people's mops in here. I thought I would get a cut on that since I supplied them. This is my home and I thought that people respected it, but they don't. I didn't leave on a bad note. I just told them I was disappointed in them. I wanted it to work so much, but all she offered me was two housecleaning's. Really?
