+ -1 moreThe job was done just as it was quoted, on time and on budget. Most important...he showed up when he said he would. I would call him again, when I need any exterior work done.
Description of Work: In the spring of 2012 Joe Wallis installed new gutters, and in the spring of 2013 he replaced the wood railing on the porch with vinyl railing.
