Description of Work: He did an estimate of our roof that was storm damaged. Our whole roof needs to be replaced, but he gave an estimate to the insurance company for around $800 that won't even cover labor. He was sent by the insurance company. He works for the insurance companies. Also he did not give us a written estimate and he was sort of rude and tried to say our roof was not installed correctly. We just bought our house last May and it was inspected by our inspector, by our loan company's inspector and even the insurance's inspector---who all said the roof was in good shape and only 5 years old. This man did not seem to care that we have invested all our money into our home and now because of some storms, it will be ruined because he helped our insurance get out of replacing/fixing our roof.

Description of Work: When we had damage to our roof last December, our insurance company sent Scott Dennis out to look at the roof. Prior to having him out to look, we had to have trees taken off the roof for the inspection. He got up on the ladder and took pictures of the roof but said that all the damage was prior damage so our insurance company denied our claim, We had leaks in our dining room and laundry room which he said were old leaks as well. I was livid.We never had leaks there before.
