Phil did a lot of work for us. Laid some water lines to our outbuildings and was supposed to put in separate shutoff valves to each building. Found out later, he put two shut offs in series about three feet apart to the street only. One of the (unnecessary) shut offs basically came apart, so we had to shut ALL the water off to fix it. My shed flooded that winter because he didn't insulate the pipe into the building which he told me he would, which destroyed much of the wood floor and the underneath insulation. Another thing my husband had to tear up and fix. He was plumbing our new house around the same time, and the first problem was three inches of water in our brand new basement from a bathtub he installed. His comment was, 'I knew that seal wasn't going to work'. During the install, he never mentioned that water pressure to the second floor would be any problem, yet much later, when we were unhappy that our pressure was so low, he first tried to say the city pressure was the problem (no), then told us he could install a pump to improve it. (1700$)... He also began telling us how we shouldn't have expected the pressure to not be a problem...he made it sound like we were plumbing five stories...it's only two...it became nearly impossible to get him on the phone, and worse to try to get him out here...we had another plumber look at the circus plumbing, and he said most of it was unnecessary...he also had left a valve shut which really limited our hot water which he never discovered even after we described what was happening...another thing my husband had to discover on his own....then about 5 months ago, our 'plumbing room' in the basement started taking on water...we spent thousands of dollars having drains dug in, to no avail...my husband finally realized the new pump was leaking...he had had to deal with 2-3 inches of water daily, which of course got up into the walls...when he informed Phil we wanted our money back for the failed pump, he basically told us to pound sand.

Phone calls good, but I was too small a customer. This company appears to deal in large businesses. My appointment was cancelled due to larger customer.

They are the best plumbers that I have found. I have been pleased with them. They did great work. They did it on time and on budget. Their price was competitive. They were nice and prompt. I was very satisfied with the work. They are not the cheapest. They work it by the job and not the hour. They told me upfront what it was going to cost. I liked that because there were no surprises. They were the only ones that were bonded and licensed and they were the cheapest of those that were bonded and licensed.
