+ -1 moreWill not accept credit cards (significant upcharge) or modern forms of payment. Employee left water hose on while I was out of town-flooded my basement causing extensive damage. Now wants over $600 in late fees and I received a letter from "law dog" attorney threatening legal action. I am a 1st responder and work 13 hour days-I am not home much. I would just avoid all this drama and go with a higher rated pro.

+ -1 moreTerrible, absolutely the worst customer service you could ever imagine. I have never been treated in that manner by a reputable company. I would have to say this is one of the worst companies I have ever had dealings with. My advice is to avoid this company like the Plague...
Description of Work: Was supposed to clean my pool and evaluate for 35 dollars and tell me what needed to be done to it. Never showed up when he was supposed to and never called then sent me a bill for 35 dollars plus a 100 bucks worth of chemicals? As soon as I saw the bill I called and canceled the service then I sent them a check for 35 dollars and noted on the bill that the other charges were unauthorized and I would have to have an explanation. The owner called me on my cell phone at 7:00 am at work and proceeded to call me everything in the book including a deadbeat that does not pay my bills and then hung up on ME. I was stunned. Needless to say I will never use Paradise pools for anything again.
