It was very easy to get in touch with Denny for both the quote and to schedule the service, and he worked around my schedule. On the day of, Denny and his assistant were prompt and got started right away. They helped me move the remaining furniture around and covered everything with plastic and drop-cloths. They patched and sanded all holes, and the finished product looks wonderful! They carefully cleaned up when they were finished and moved everything back to where I wanted it. I would definitely use him again, and highly recommend him.

Denny and his crew score again! He and his team painted over 1700 sq. feet of ceilings (3 coats) and 4 rooms plus put down base shoe in another 1000 sq. feet in one day. They were there early and worked until the job was done. Mid-way through the day, I asked to add two additional rooms to the scope of work and they willingly agreed even though it meant staying late to finish. The crew was meticulous about the quality of their work and even recommended a 2nd finish coat on the ceiling because they weren't happy with the way it looked with just one coat. After a long day, they did a marvelous job cleaning up the dust and debris from their work. This was the second time in two months we've had New Improve Remodeling in to do work and they've been outstanding every time. I highly recommend them.

Denny and his crew arrived right on time the day we appointed for work to be done. The drywall repair was more extensive than I had thought it would be after having some electrical work done the previous day. Denny looked it over and agreed to do the repair with a little extra charge. I thought that was very fair. He and two other workers got all the work done by mid afternoon. They were very professional and did a beautiful job. His pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Dennis (the owner) was fast in responding to our request for bid, the bid was very competitive, the work started quickly and when the crew ran into some issues with the ceiling which slowed them down a bit, they came in on Sunday to finish the job :) The best compliment of all is we are having them come back to work on several other jobs in the next few weeks. I highly recommend them!

New Improve Paint & Remodeling did an outstanding job. Denny Nackley and his crew were efficient, prompt and professional even after I kept adding on to the project. They finished the job on time and did superb work. But, they also were a great group of people to work with and were able to roll with my additions always with a smile and still finished the job on time.

I am very pleased with the quality and price of work New Improve did. We got four comparative bids and went with Denny even though he wasn't the lowest bid. He impressed me as a man of his word.

Wonderful experience! Denny Nackley responded quickly to my first call and was the first to give an estimate. He called three times to confirm paint colors and start date/time. Arrived promptly with four workers and immediately went to work. They gently moved all of my mother's furniture out of the way along with pictures and window treatments. My mother stayed with me for two days due to paint fumes but when we returned, the painting was complete and everything had been returned to its original place. They even put the throw pillows on her bed! I have already recommended Denny to the complex manager and would definitely use him again. GREAT JOB!

Denny was very responsive from quote to completion. New Improve's price was not the lowest or highest I received but was a good value for the cost. The crew was well mannered and careful to protect the carpet and furniture with drop cloths throughout. Their work was exceptional. They patched and filled many nail and drywall moly holes, which after painting are not at all visible. The paint finish is very even and was cut in well. They arrived at 8 filled and painted x 2 and were gone by 4. Very fast for the quality of the job. Overall very happy with Denny and his crew.

The gentleman was very friendly. Looking into faux painting some walls. Haven't made a decision yet but probably leaning toward this company because of their punctuality and professionalism.

We used New Improve to paint most of the interior of our 2 story home. The price included paint (2 coats), drywall repair and electrical/lighting. Unfortunately, all of the walls in our home with the exception of the bedrooms and bathrooms connect to each other. Therefore, we had no choice but to paint the entire area at one time. When I first found New Improve on Angies list I had no idea they would be able to get to us as soon as they did. Denny showed up the next day to give an estimate and was very professional. He answered all of my questions and forwarded a written estimate that afternoon. My husband was out of town so I was very happy to find that Denny and the crew would move any furniture necessary. They did an amazing job. There was a moment of concern when the paint color turned out a bit lighter than the color I chose, but since they purchased the paint and it WAS the same blend, it seemed to be a fluke. Even so, Denny immediately offered to contact the paint company and had his guys stop work until I decided whether they needed to paint it all over again (this was after one complete coat). While I chose to stick with the color painted, it was evident Denny would have made it right if I wanted a change. The paint job was perfect - with ALL drywall repaired as needed. In addition, Denny replaced two chandeliers and three lights. The entire job was finished in 1 1/2 days. A small note that even Denny isn't aware but was VERY important to me - I accidentally left a very expensive piece of jewelry on a table that was used to put small items on during the painting. The evening the painters left I found my bracelet and my faith in contract workers was restored. I have been burned before and to be honest, I would never have known the difference. I will definitely use Denny and his staff again in a minute!

He took longer than anticipated but didn't charge me. The price quoted during the estimate was the price I paid. He showed up early and was respectful of my home. I haven't had any problems with wiring.

Denny provides detailed, documented quotes within a timely manner. He scheduled the work and arrived on time. His crew is friendly, professional and quiet. Their work is excellent. The price was very reasonable and the work was great. They also worked on Saturday which helped me a great deal. The guys were tolerant of my two little dogs and didn't complain when the dogs were in their way. They seemed to enjoy them. I strongly recommend this company.

We are very happy with his work! Denny delivers on his agreements. He is reliable. He will fix things, unlike other painters. He is upfront about what he can do, remembers what you asked him to do, and takes care of issues quickly. Just ask him to finish out areas where his workers do not quite know how to do it, as he has the most skill of all. He has a great attitude, and we cannot say enough good things about him!

Mr. Ackley was prompt responding to request for estimate, and was always professional. He has an amazingly "keen eye" for detail, and offered some ideas that were excellent. His bid was very competitive among four, but more importantly was his competence, professional demeanor, and keen eye for detail. His team of workers were phenomenal. They are all true artists and work together like a "well oiled machine." They were courteous, friendly, professional, and if they had any questions, would ask. I cannot say enough positive about them. Although I was dreading this much needed process, Mr. Ackley and his outstanding team made this painless. The results are excellent, and has made a tremendous difference in these rooms. I would recommend him highly to anyone without reservation.

Received a very reasonable job quote within 48 hours of my phone call. Once terms were agreed upon, they arrived within 48 hours, Mr Nackley stated that the weather was perfect for the job and he wanted to copmlete the staining before the weather turned. Completed the job , excellant prep and clean-up Will absolutely use this copmany for anticipated interior painting.

The owner came out the day I called to look over the house and see what I wanted/needed to have done. He emailed me an estimate the next morning. I had just put on a new roof and needed new gutters so he powerwashed the house and painted the areas to be covered by the gutters. After the gutters were put up he and his crew finished the work. They were very neat and cleaned up well as the work was done. He was very open to discussing what I wanted/needed, offering suggestions that were insightful and listening to mine. I am very pease with the result and will use New Improve Paint Remodeling Co the next time I need this type work done.

They arrived when they said they would and quickly got to work. The bleach did a great job cleaning most of the house (and the smell was very strong, so be prepared for this), but the bleach didn't work on the south side of the house. I came home from work for lunch that day, and he took the time to walk me around and show how it went. When he explained about how the gutters didn't come clean, it was then that I added painting the gutters to the job. Before I left to go back to work, Denny was finishing up. While he was pressure washing, he washed my grill cover, my back patio, and the cement front porch - he just threw that in. He came back the next morning and started on the painting. I didn't get to see him do much of this work, but I did come home for lunch again that day, and they were still working on the first coat. When I got home that night, I took a look around (they had left already) and I can say that since I moved in 4 years ago, my house has never looked as good, clean, and finished as it did then. The house just looks finished. Looking around, I found no drips of paint anywhere, and he even caulked the columns in the front and the back. I liked his work on the outside so much, that my wife and I agreed to have him come back and do our master bedroom and bath, our kitchen, and to re-do the paint job in one of our children's bedrooms. I will add to this report after that work is done.

Overall, my experience went very well. I requested a quote a couple weeks ago and compared some other bids and this company was the best. I contacted Denny at the beginning of this week and he replied right away and was able to get the job done when I requested. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He said if anything needs touching up, I can call him and he will fix it. I would highly recommend this company.

I called for an estimate and he came that same day.He gave me a detailed estimate of work to be done and price in an email. Started about 3 weeks later ( as I was notified of start date). Work was done every week day til job was compleated in 2 weeks. I paid a small amount after first week and paid remaining balance on day of completion. i am satisfied with the experience. I would like to say I was very pleased that this company did all repairs and painting, none of the work was hired out to additional people. Finally I was able to communicate with every person who worked on the job. That is very important to me.

Of the three vendors from whom we got quotes, Denny was the most responsive and reliable. He did what he said he would do, when he said he'd get it done. The price was quite fair for the work required - this was a tough job done well in one long, hot day. because he knew we had guests coming and their calendar was full. They also did additional things like remove an old antenna, and they were very careful not to let out our dogs, which we really appreciate.

He was probably pretty good but he was a little more than what I wanted to pay. He was little bit pricey so I didn't use him. He didn't work out either, not for me. It wasn't his price but it's just the fact that we couldn't agree on very much. To do what I asked them for to do may not have been all that expensive for some people but it was for me. He was pretty business like and not all that friendly. He handled well and gave me an estimate in writing. He was pretty responsive. I didn't use him because he had his ideas and I had mine. There is nothing against him personally but it's just that I told that it's my house, my money and I want what I want.

Denny called back the same day I called him, visited my house. Next day I had the bid. He worked with me from start to finish and took very good care of my house.

Denny knew that we needed this done quickly and made it happen. We found Denny's company with Angie's list and I believe we found the best combination of speed quality and price. We would have painted the exterior much sooner had we known about New Improve . Estimate and final bill were the same. If all contractors were like Denny, we wouldn't need Angie's list.
