Mr.. Nackley pointed out that I didn't need to spend as much as I had been told previously. He was honest in outlining the scope of a competent repair. He completed the ceiling restoration in two rooms involving sheetrock, plaster, and painting, in less than three days. The New Improve company gave me a top quality water damage repair at a very reasonable price. I give this company the highest possible recommendation and won't hesitate to call on them for any future needs.

Denny and his crew were prompt and very courteous and did impeccable work; and since I was often away working they were usually at my home with no one else there. I had absolutely no problem leaving them there and they took very good care of my home; they are very trustworthy and very conscientious hard workers. They were very reliable and any time something came up Denny always contacted me before doing the work if it was not what we had previously thought needed to be done. Denny kept me informed of what was needed re additional hardware, lighting needs, etc. He was especially helpful in providing information to me as I am getting ready to sell my older home re what is usually done in current homes re doors/lighting, etc. He has much painting and remodeling experience and He is a wealth of information and readily shares his knowledge with you. He and his team were very reliable and I am totally pleased with the results. He is very good about staying in touch with you via phone, email or text. He promptly responds to all your calls/questions/emails. I am totally pleased with his work and am grateful that I discovered his company from Angies List. I highly recommend him and would use him again if needed in the future. You get a lot for what you spend when you use Denny and his team. Money well spent!! He is very well priced too.

I called Denny and he came and gave me an estimate in December, but I didn't have enough allotted for the job, so he said he would give me $50 off each room if I waited until January. I was happy to do that since the price was what I saved. He came on Jan. 7 and they finished on Jan. 7. My husband told them they didn't have to take the TV off the wall, but to paint around it. The guy did just that, painted around it, leaving an obvious finish line. No big deal though, my husband finished it off by painting all the way to the TV, so it is not obvious. Other than that one little thing, they did a super job. Reminded me of "The Night Before Christmas". They came in, introduced themselves and went straight to work. They laid their fingers aside of their noses and they were gone in 5 hours! I would recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat. Denny was very kind to work, with me, within my price range.

Responded promptly to emails. Came out to inspect and give estimate. Heard from him that day. Had to delay the start which was ok for us. Gave heads up email before coming. Arrived promptly. Another gentleman came to help. They knocked out 4 rooms in a day, including 2 coats on each wall. (we had red, hot pink, light gray and a light purple colors) Taped off the walls and fixtures, moved furniture, covered floors. Very happy with the work.

All went very well. This was the best home improvement crew I've ever seen!

We purchased a home and the entire interior needed to be painted. Denny and his guys are great! There was much more drywall repair needed than anticipated, and they fixed it all with no complaints, even though it took a day longer than they thought it would! I had chosen a specific paint for my kitchen with a metallic glaze. Denny was not pleased with how it turned out and offered to repaint at no charge if I didn't like it. I am going to live with it. Plan to have them paint the home we just moved out of as well, to get it ready to list. Glad I found Denny, he is reliable and does good work.Paint interio

We called Denny for an estimate and he came out to our home within a couple of days. He looked everything over and offered some suggestions then sent us an estimate via email within a day or two. We were very pleased and had Denny put us on his schedule after we came back from vacation. His crew was on time and very professional. It all was done within a couple of days and we could not be happier with the results. They did a fantastic job and everyone especially our little girl is thrilled with the finished project

This company is very professional and they did an excellent job in our home. They were always here early and worked diligently throughout the day. When Denny Nackley came to the house to give us an estimate we knew right away that we wanted to hire his co. for the job. We were told that the job would take approximately 6 days and they were right on target. The house looks absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend that anyone needing there home painted call Denny Nackley at New Improve Paint & Remodeling. We couldn't be happier.

Floors were protected and they covered furniture with plastic. I had already removed everything from off the walls and placed in another room. Their work was clean, precise, and quick due to a four man crew. appx 8am-2:30pm. Everyone thanked me for the work when they left.

Denny came out promptly to quote, and I contacted him several weeks later to schedule the job. He and his assistant were kind enough to call ahead and tell me that they were stuck in traffic, but even so he arrived pretty close to the agreed upon time. They both got to work quickly and made sure I didn't lift a finger moving things around and getting the paint together (he was using my paint for a few wall touch ups, but their ceiling paint). I really appreciated that. When they were done, they had me review the work and it looked wonderful. Still can't stop looking at my ceiling it's so good. It makes me happy. My one complaint: two weeks later, and I'm still scraping up bits of ceiling paint off my dining table, hardwood floors, and even my walls. They used a tarp over the table and all the floors, so I'm still not sure exactly why there were so many tiny white paint spatters everywhere, but every night since at dinner I scrape a little more off the table and then tackle another corner of the kitchen to get the white paint off the hardwood floors. They did their best to put all the furniture back, but oddly one piece of furniture was placed far away from where it originally stood. I went to move it after they left, and saw the furniture was covering a large glob of white ceiling paint that was affixed to the wall. I scraped it away myself within a few minutes, and most of it came off. It very well could have been just a coincidence that the paint was behind the misplaced piece of furniture, but they both seemed so rushed I wondered. Rags and buckets were left outside. There were big black footprints left on my white counter tops. Dried paint flakes were scattered all over the floor, so there was a bit of cleanup to do after everything was said and done. I might still use them in the future for exterior jobs, because the quality of work was good, pricing was fair, and they were easy to work with, but I probably wouldn't use them for interior painting jobs where I want to keep everything a little neater.

Denny was great from start to finish! We will definitely use him in the future for some interior work! Thanks Denny for doing such a great job and working with our crazy schedule! So glad we found you!

After leaving a message with Denny, he called back promptly and came out to the house within the hour to give us an estimate. We took a little over a week to choose the colors we wanted. After we called him back, his team was there a couple of days later and started the job. They completed the job the next day. The paint looked fantastic. The only concern we had is there was a few paint drops on our hardwood floor we had to clean up, but it wasn't that bad. Overall, they were very professional and prompt. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Excellent experience from bid process to finished work. Arrived on time, professional, & excellent quality work. We live in an old house and they evened out walls & ceilings where needed. Will definitely use again in future when more work is needed.

Denny and his team made our painting experience a real joy. From the first phone until the moment they left they were professional and very quick. We had 2 rooms painted and crown molding installed however I bought the wrong crown molding and Denny told me he would take it back for me I have to say I was taken back by the offer because that doesnt happen much. He loaded it back up and took back to the store for me. He then went and picked out the right crown molding and returned to my home with it with that switch of crown molding he saved me over $300.00. Also he didnt charge me for that trip which blew me away that never happens. The paint job was more than I expected it was perfect and the crown molding look amazing and they we're extremely careful with our belongings. Our children love love love their new rooms and I almost can't wait to have something else painted I will for sure call Denny and his team.

Denny and crew arrived promptly ont he agreed upon day.They were very courteous and helpful. They cleaned up their own messes.Moved and replaced furniture and were very careful with it.They even worked on Saturday to complete the job on time.

Denny and his crew did an excellent job! i was out of town during the whole process, so all of our communication was done via email and phone. I had a family member come open the door for Denny and the crew and inspect the work after they were finished. When I got back in town, I was very impressed with the result. They went above and beyond what I was expecting and completed a very professional paint job. I would definitely hire them again.

This company went above and beyond! Outstanding service! We had just purchased a house and we needed to have four rooms painted before the movers arrived. The job needed to be done within a week. After contacting Denny, he explained that he would make it work and booked the paint job for a Saturday. There were four rooms to be painted which had dark colors. He did an excellent job with coverage. On Saturday they were there working, I received a phone call from Denny asking me if I minded that he paint the bathroom off the kitchen since it had the same dark color and also mentioned to me that he would be happy to repainted a closet in one of the bedrooms (which again,had the dark paint color), and volunteered to touch up white moulding trim in the upstairs hallway.....all complimentary on his end. This is what I mean by "above and beyond". I highly recommend this company and I never use these words freely. He truly impressed me with all. The quality of his work is superior. If Angie's List would allow me, New Improve Paint Remodeling Company would receive A+++

We were very pleased with New Improve. Denny was responsive from the moment I called for the estimate. We had to schedule our estimate/appointment when we were only in town for a couple of days (from out of state). He was able to accomodate the time I had to access the house (still under contract, so we were working with the seller on free times) and was happy to meet me when it suited us. I even had one painter need to move an hour later, but Denny was already in the area and was flexible enough to come earlier to meet me in the gap time. Denny explained what his company's process was for prep, cleaning, patching, final clean-up, etc., as well as what kind of paint they used and what would be best for certain surfaces. He also left me with a full paint color deck to take back to NC so we could look at paint swatches before moving (whether we chose him or not). I felt his assessment of the house was very fair, no "well, we could do that, but it will cost you extra" for something that seems natural to a homeowner. We appreciated that in his estimates as well. Personally I felt more comfortable having a slightly more detailed estimate than originally provided, to cover both of us, so we just emailed some details back and forth until I was ready to sign off, and he was extremely prompt in his responses. We had a very tight timeframe between house closing and moving truck arriving, and he made sure he and his crew were finished on time. They were always punctual and usually beat me to the house anytime we had to meet here. The four-man crew was always working hard and carefully when we dropped in to see the progress. Denny was available at various times on the job and always on the phone. We left them with a house key so they could come and go with the days' schedules, and didn't have any issues. We met for the final walk-through, and generally everything looked great. The few places I found were minor, and they fixed them immediately (slight touch-ups around a couple of switchplates, area of extra coat on a door, a few small paint splatters). The clean-up was thorough, and the house looks great. We are very pleased with our choice and everyone who's come in has complimented us on the paint job, as they can also see it was very cleanly and carefully done. I think we got a quality job for a very fair price, and would recommend them to friends and colleagues.

Denny responded within minutes to my phone call requesting a bid to paint 3 bedrooms in our home. He arrived on time, gave us a very fair estimate on painting, and set a time that fit our schedule to paint. On the day that the work was to be performed, Denny and his crew arrived on time and immediately got to work. Because of the color we selected, Denny decided to add a third coat to ensure that the color looked great on the walls. In short, the work was excellent. From the beginning phone call to the end of the work, Denny was extremely professional. The rooms are gorgeous and Denny will be my first call when we need paint work in the future. I recommend him strongly.

I called for an estimate and they were able to come out that day. I recieved the estimate within hours and it was signifantly less than other bids. They came as scheduled and completed the work in less time than predicted. The work was neat and the house looks great.
